- U.S. President Joe Biden announced on Friday plans to carry out a first military airdrop of food and supplies into Gaza, a day after the deaths of Palestinians queuing for aid threw a spotlight on an unfolding humanitarian catastrophe in the crowded coastal enclave.
Biden said the U.S. airdrop would take place in the coming days but offered no further specifics. Other countries, including Jordan and France, have already carried out airdrops of aid into Gaza.

What gets me mad is our government is more than willing to help other nations but we can’t do things to help ourselves. I get what happening over there is terrible but those people need to figure out what are they going to do themselves and not rely on us for help whether it be arms or humanitarian aid. We need to start taking care of things in our nation and our people!😠🇺🇸

Israel has one of the best and robust military arms industries. Their forces are some of the best equipped. Why do they need our money?
I'm so glad that as a US tax payer in a country where our economy is collapsing, thay we can use the money that I work for to provide aid for so many countries. Dude, when I was in the Army MREs were cold. Always. I mean, there was nothing complicated. Just tear open the main bag and then open the individual bags inside. It cam with spoon. A moron could eat an MRE with no training or tools. WTF happened to them?

You know, we have many religious varieties of MREs for many different cultures. It should work out.
Can you name a few? I don’t doubt it for a second but i really wanna learn more about MREs as they’re a really neat part of logistics i know little about.

With the American Army, we have religious, Ready-To-Eat, Kosher and Halal, that feeds those individuals in the who maintain a strict religious diet. Some packaging has certain writing and/or wording. There are even some MREs that have pictures instead writing.
They are humanitarian rations similar to MRE's given to the military.
Imagine being a starving person and getting crushed by an airdrop of food 😅

The fact that food supplies are restricted is already absurd. It's a crime and should never have happened in the first place. Average Gazans are exposed to inhumane conditions where they are deprived from human dignity and basic human rights. Supplies are a temporary solution, civilian population is dying nonetheless. US needs to stop Israel from committing more crimes.
I support Israel 100% but made a donation today to feed the people of Gaza. I pray my money reaches the children of Gaza and not Hamas. The Lord is in control.

Your heart's in the right place, but your judgement needs calibration. Because unfortunely, those funds will more than likely wind up being intercepted by Hamas for them to perpetuate this suffering that even Palestinians in Gaza are pushing back against Hamas for perpetuating. The IDF is as stable of a governing force as Gaza is ever gonna get right now, short of full on de'Hamas'ification. It's tragic, but that's the reality.
