Sometime you need to reduce PDF file for upload or send PDF file to other people. But PDF file size is so big. So in this video I will help you solved this with 2 ways: online and offline.

Not useful for me unfortunately. I don’t have an Adobe Acrobat subscription for offline. And the smallpdf website says my pdf (164MB) is too big to do for free.

The second option would not reduce my file any smaller than 1.1 mb and I need it no more than 1024 kb... any advice?
you can try take screen capture by press PrtSc button on your keyboard. Paste, and save picture by use Paint. After that, insert these pictures to word, then save word file as a PDF.

Hey, i have the same problem and i need to send it to a competition I am participating in. I have one question: Will they open the reduced pdf file with no problem or software needed? Like the original pdf file? Cuz i'm a bit concerned they would just kick me out of the competition if they couldn't open it in one click or two . Thank u so much infront

1. reduce PDF file size first, after that use gmail and send this file (PDF after reduce size) to your gmail .
2. Open your mail box, download it and open.
3. That 's all.

Sorry for answer late. No, you can use free version to compress PDF file. If you still can not use, please let me know.
Adobe makes you pay now. They all do. No more free trials. THEN I DISCOVERED THE SECRET > 1) save the PDF file as a jpeg 2) save as a PDF. Done. No need to pay.

But none of the online site can reduce it below 5 mbs.. so i thought the offline option was good but in the latest version of Adobe Acrobat this version is not available offline and you have to pay for acrobat to reduce your file online....
@@techsmart2911 you can try take capture screen of page Pdf, then insert to word, then save as Pdf file. Or you can use older version of Adobe Acrobat.
