Thanks for this video, it was very helpful. I've been playing the Jobava a lot recently (I also bought Hans Niemann's course finally) and I noticed this Slav type defense being played against me more often than any other approach from all levels of players.
I’m running almost exclusively against the Slav in 2200-2300!
So I was saying to myself, " you gotta go to bed, but lets watch another jobava video, from a few days ago " . I just finished watching it, and now this is here. You cant do this to me man
You are HILARIOUS. Love you bro
I am really enjoying learning the ideas for Jobava London System. Thank you very much for these instructive chess videos. Much appreciated!
Great videos ! I am an 1800 player right now and will keep watching you until I get 2300 at least !! Keep up the London vids !
That 1st game was an absolute blood bath. Very impressive.
You are a vey good instructor. Thank you.
keep em coming bro love these videos
I had bought all your courses ..and you are an greet couch
These videos have such great contents; thanks so much!
super instructive cheers bro! 👊
Why these games at around 2000 looked easier than your games versus 1000's..
deep opening theory decides the game at this lvl,
Thanks again. It's very instructive.
don't say reaching 2000 is easy. that's a dream to me lol
All of your videos are hidden gems, keep up the great content!
Thanks a lot ❤️
Very instructive, thanks
v helpful love all your Jobava
0:49. 1.P-a3 Q×b, 2.N-a4. How does the black queen get out?
You're a legend
Why shorten the last game. I wanted to see that played out
Man this mate on 17:19 gives me deja vu.
We new Jobava London rating climb!!
I will give some advice to young players who really want to play really good games. If you want to get anywhere in Chess don't "half ass it", playing the London System is fun for speed etc but if you want good games just play the main lines. Real chess is hard work 1.d4 Nf6 2.c4. After I gave up the London, Torre Attack etc and played 2.c4 my games got better and I won more.
What was your peak if the young players are curious? 🤔
in the first game when white played Qb6 wouldnt it be better to play Na4 followed by c3?
Playing a3 after the Qb6 stops Qxb2. I learned it from Alex himself so I don’t know why he didn’t play it.
@@russelllippai1463older video I think, was just thinking that same thing after this. I’ll stick to his new vids for now on
I wonder why you don't go a3 here on 0:53 to trap his queen ?
I love the Jobava. I'm already winning with it.
First game I wonder if opponent can take d4 hanging pawn with queen and have counter play to stop mate
Could you attach a time stamp please?
But what if Black plays the bong cloud?!
Nice video
Sometimes taking on e5 with a pawn can be a good move though i think i have seen bornyk play it.
More often with the bishop when they have fianchetto!
Good shit
2:42 why doesn’t he take c3 with bishop forking queen and rook?
Watch out for the h2-rook!
@@AlexBanzea bishop and knight for pawn and rook is bad then…. 😅
@@destroso two minor pieces are most of the times better than a rook in the middlegame!
@@AlexBanzea thank you!
Why not push pawn to a3 in first game and let queen take b2, then knight to a4 and queen's trapped
