    This episode is mentioned in John Lennon's collected letters - he told his personal assistant to buy both the record Hurricane Anita by Lin Frizzel & the Looking Good book by Charles Hicks, Lennon was a fan of the programme Emerald City too, thought it was cool that gay people were making quality tv for gay audiences

    I knew Lyn Frizzell in DC back in the mid 1980's. Such a lovely and sweet man. RIP Lyn ~

    Lyn Frizzell, 38, died on June 13, 1988 of AIDS. Frank O'Dowd also died in 1988 of AIDS.

      @Mark Flanigan: Is Frank O'Dowd the guy who interviews in most of the segments here? He never introduced himself or gave his name on any of the tapes presented here (1977-78).. odd !!
