Plastic pipe, scientific law pd entrainment in fluid dynamics. Entrainment occurs when particles of a fluid, or sometimes particles suspended in it, are ripped off the surface and drawn into a moving fluid stream due to the flow patterns around an object. Particles of polyethylenes are actively being subtracted from the walls of the pipe with flow, the water carries these particles of plastic away into the treatment plant where it gets dumped into the water where we later extract it to drink it. That’s why non toxic substances are essential, we have microplastics in us, parts of pipes are inside us and we’re privileged how they don’t use lead in plumbing or BPA anymore. Although as good as CSOs are, they are part of the problem exposing us to chemicals. chemicals in the water that mimic sex hormones, and people blindly bathe in the lakes near cities/ towns without walking around to find an outfall or siphon. It’s stuff that would make a good PHD dissertation. Interesting.
Interesting and not talked about by the masses. Large plastic pvc pipes carry water to people's homes too. Lots of lead in Michigan and Ohio. You can see it in the population. Avg male is 5 feet tall with odd proportions and deformities. DNA is being degraded by microplastics and other chemicals.
In communist time part of cement was often stolen and used in private houses. So concrete crumble fast. Wise saw was at that time: „If you don´t rob state, you rob your family.“
Luxusní provedení komory 8:27 ✔👍
Super video. Děkuji taky za zajímavé a obsáhlé čtení. ✔🌞
Pěkné, povedlo se úplně supr. Radost koukat 👍
Taková nádherná plastová štěrbinovka se jen tak nevidí. První, co z plastu vidím 😉
@@jirikkanalnik Taky to pro mě bylo poprvé :)
@@kanalismus35 Inu, vše, je jednou poprvé. 😁😎

Cast iron is definitely better for water supply pipes.
Přijedeš někdy o víkendu do Prahy?
@@Shthophyckq Někdy jo :) v novém roce určitě.
@@kanalismus35Já zrovna taky připravuju urbexy a sháním kohokoliv kdo má zájem.
7:26 enormous erosion, I wonder what logic went into these canal sections and their age?
