I feel snow is balanced and the definition of a glass cannon. He has amazing damage and movement, but has a lot of end lag without his ult, low range at the beginning, and below average health. Overall I feel he’s the what an assassin should be and is a more balanced red.
I absolutely agree! He is very balanced and actually does require people to use their brain when playing unlike some characters in the game xD They definitely need to make more characters with this structure and it'll make the game a lot more competitive. (also nerf some other characters)

I have a que what if u Use Snow alt to escape Peter's ult or Master Cat alt
So you can use it to dodge the first point of contact (but if you get touched even once after your ult, then you'll still get hit by it)
Then Kaiser skill will be eazy to dodge his animations is slow after all
