Ling is a mid game hero, he's not like fanny. He needs atleast 2-3 items to actually solo kill enemy mm. Entering late game, obviously ling depends on team because he isn't a late game hero the same goes to fanny. Fanny can't do anything in late game, she can only split push and hope tank does the set.
