Yes. Paul Rubbens are way softer than Mungyo. Feels more creamer. It's easier to use paint knife on Paul Rubbens. Mungyo's texture is harder. But you can still use paint knife on it, just not as easy as paul rubbens. It's easier to draw fine lines with Mungyo because of its texture.
