And nothing has changed. He remains simply the best living artist, and I am not speaking of just performance, music, lyrics, or poetry for that matter. In this age, we have no Velasquez, no Poussin, no Titian, no Cezanne. But we DO have Dylan! This level of mind and creativity takes many hundreds of years before it arises again!
