On a 120+ days of seed retention/nofap streak. Man, the other night bro, I had a powerful wet dream. Didn't look at anything crazy. Before I went to bed, I did my shadow boxing and meditation as I always do everything night. Woke up in the middle of the night feeling whack. I was confused and disappointed that it still happened despite the fact I've been doing everything in my will power not to get a wet dream. I feel as though I have hit a bit of a flatline.
My advice is any period you get quite ho**y, stay off meditation and food and drinks with sugar. Engage more in prayer, exercise and other acts that drain your physical energy. And stop eating late.

I’ve been plagued by these dreams for a while. Sometimes I’m able to clench my PC muscle and wake up. Other times I’m not. It’s really frustrating because it’s really unfair since I’m just sleeping. Im going to start sleeping less and eating less so that I can retain longer. I notice on long streaks I don’t need much sleep anyways. I hate wet dreams deeply.
Fasting and prayer bro. Keep fighting because these spirits hate the fact that you're retaining. Prayer and getting closer to God will frustrate them even more.
