Wow! After reading this passage of scripture so many times, i never stopped to consider that God was already in the ark. Which makes total sense because it would have been destroyed. I always thought he was orchestrating things from Heaven but he is omniscient and is everywhere all the time. Excellent teaching and eye opening.

I actually love all his sermons, I just started listening to him and in reality he is one if not the best I have heard. The people in this work are so lost that You can see there aren't many interested in real word.. they like prosperity preaching instead.

We have to be the light and teach others by being a living example and pray. (I know these are both challenging because the enemy tries to distract us). Thanks Pastor Nolan please pray for husband who is not a believer.✝️🙏❤️

Another interesting thing to note in this chapter is it is also a picture of Jesus. The names listed here have specific meanings:
    1. Adam = man
    2. Seth = substituted or put
    3. Enosh = mortal
    4. Kenan = nest or dwelling
    5. Mahalalel = praiseworthy God
    6. Jared = descent or come down
    7. Enoch = initiate or teach
    8. Methuselah = at his extent of time a shooting forth
    9. Lamech = (meaning lost)
    10. Noah = quiet, peace, rest
Putting these meanings together we have a brief summary of the future gospel:
Man puts on mortal(ity) as his dwelling, so the praiseworthy God shall come down to teach that at his extent (fullness) of time the lost may have peace and rest.

I am sorry to say but Pastor Allen made the same mistake that I made too, to look only to the KJ-version. When you look in the Septugiant you will see different ages for the people mentioned in Gen 5. which leads to a different timechard. So which one is the correct one is the question. When you look at the Septugiant and look at all the different numbers mentionend in Gen 5 en Gen 11 to compair it with the KJ version, you will see that there is more time from Noah getting out of the ark to the time of Peleg in which time the earth is divided (Gen 10:5) The periode calculated in de KJ version is too short to re-populate the earth. The timespan in the septugiant is much larger. Also if you make timechards of the children of Noah (gen 11) from the Septugiant it will make more commen sense then the timechard from the KJ-version.

Why would Abel herd a flock of animals, cattle, if he was a vegetarian? If meat wasnt yet considered a food? Why would he burn the best of the meat as an offering? Or rather, how would he know which part of the meat is the best to offer if he had never eaten any?

Ron Wyatt's name should be as popular as Moses as far as I'm concerned!!!
    God bless!

Please take a look at the work of Dr. Nathaniel Jeanson from the Creation Institute and his work on human DNA. There is a clock (a "tick" of errors especially in the male DNA) that he has used to line up human history and populations with scripture-especially after the Flood of Genesis.
You can also look at Chinese Oracle Bone and Tradition Chinese characters to see the story of Genesis and the flood recorded by the ancient Chinese in the pictographs of their language.
NOTE: I am writing this BEFORE I watch this video. Therefore, that is why this comment has no "reactionary" content in it. I will watch the video now. 🙂

Have you seen the amazing discoveries of Ron Wyatt?
He discovered the Ark of the Covenant and Jesus's blood was on the mercy seat! It's one super incredible thing that only God could have done!!!
      God bless!

There was even a rapture at THAT time. So Enoch was raptured. After that, how long before the flood that destroyed the earth?

This video is a classic example of Allen Nolan taking 5 minutes of truly interesting and important Biblical insight and turning it into 43 minutes of telling us how much he knows in relation to us, the stupid sheep. He implies that we don't understand simple math and proceeds to toss around a lot of timelines and ages of Adam's descendants not directly related to calculating the date of The Flood. And he fails to tell us what the second month is - in relation to our present day calendar.
Don't get me wrong, usually Pastor Nolan does an excellent job of informing us with Hebrew and Greek background that many of us don't know. Unfortunately, he also likes to tell us about how educated he is and how much he digs deeply into the Scriptures. Maybe he needs some shoulder termites to eat away at that chip, but continually reminding us of his personal insecurities by referring to himself gets old. REALLY OLD. Usually I can suffer through his self-aggrandizing to learn things that I didn't know, but I've noticed that as his videos have progressed over time, they tend to be more and more about himself and less and less about the Biblical importance of what he wants us to know (watching about 50 of them from the late 2000s to present).
I don't know why great pastors tend to self-destruct over time, I pray The Holy Spirit reaches out to Allen Nolan and humble him so that he returns to The First Love of God's Word and remove time wasted on telling us how great he personally thinks he is. And Allen, if you read this, we still love you, but please know that God is watching too.

Why does this preacher give us the same information 3 or 4 times in a row?
Nevertheless, his preaching is good. His theology is mostly correct. Tithing is specifically for the Jews. We are encouraged to give an offering, not a tithe of 10%.

@@allennolan I meant no offence or disrespect to the preacher of the channel personally. And, I understand your point perfectly well. Nevertheless, the speaker commented on at least one of video that he wanted to get through more information in a shorter time frame. Also, the information he gives is accurate, and I'm sure most people appreciate it, I certainly do. However, it is not so difficult for the average person to comprehend simply hearing it once, and the speaker could save himself so much time and effort.
Despite my personal peeve with repetition, I very much enjoy the channel, I love the preaching and appreciate the depth of research and study of the preacher, and I hope it continues for many years to come. I will continue watching regardless.

In bible study, things are repeated and reviewed in the next session. It is needed! If stated only once, half the class would be lost; which would lead to leaving the class. My statement is from experience.

I know when the flood happened because I make a timeline from Adam to the time the Israelites came back to Jerusalem after Cyrus permitted them to go back to their country. And my point of reckoning is when Adam ate the fruit of knowledge. And I was able to calculate when Israel went to Egypt and the 7 years of plenty and 7 years of great famine. And I found out that the Israelites are not slaves for 430 yrs.....
