I found you for someone who was giving you the credit for her wreath and i just left another comment too but wanted to say your light shines bright! I felt the love you have for what you do and this was about pricing a wreath but i felt the heart and knowing your worth! I came here to listen about pricing and left with a reminder to know my worth! I might take a shot at the angel 🪽 but I don't have a creative bone in my body lol! This video helped me start my day off great! Thank you & God bless! 🙏🏼 You sell millions! 💜
Thank you so much! 😊 It’s so hard as creatives to realize our worth! My goal this year is to work on that! I’m glad your day is starting out great! 😊 ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for sharing this, very helpful. I'm new to wreath making and wasn't really sure how to price wreaths yo sell. At 1st I was just making them for family and gifts for friends but, then had some ladies at my church ask if I'd like to participate in a craft sell. So thanks again for sharing. ❤Nancy
My thoughts not that I do anything atm and have no creative bone in my body lol but if I were to do it and it is something fun and I love to do why would I pay for the time part! I definitely agree with doubling or even a lil less for the supplies to make a profit of course but yes I always wanted to ask why charge for time (your value of course there is no # for that.) but you are having fun right so isn't that a payment in itself? To be doing something you love! I just think maybe you would sell more...
If you are making wreaths as a hobby, then it’s not necessary to charge for your time. After over 10 years of making wreaths, even though I enjoy what I do, it’s important to get paid for my time, experience and talent. I currently work a day job and would love to be able to have wreath making be my full-time job. I’m sure others who do this as a business would like the same!
@@crookedtreecreations you’re absolutely right ! I was told: people can go to Target. I replied: they’ll never find this at Target. So, I’ll store my Christmas and winter wreaths til next year and be totally ready by Thanksgiving with my beautiful offerings Thanks Patti !!!!❤❤

My last show I sold very little because they said I was to expensive!
That’s happened to me too. Those people were looking for bargains, not value.
