We visited in June 2019 once. Those roads r most dangerous road among top 10 roads of whole india. Travelling on this road is to face the death at every moment..It's very lovely, shandar.
What rubbish. This driver should be tried for putting innocent lives at risk. Apart from this extremely dangerous skill tell me one good reason to be proud himachali. There is such a difference between people from foot hills and upper hills (kaza)
@@LaHandleAbhi Such a lame comment ! HRTC drivers are highly adept and skilful and drive on roads faaaar more dangerous than the one shown in this video. And yes I can give you tens of other good reasons to be a proud Himachali.
Sir, this is extremely scary. I know how excellent and heroic Himachali drivers are but one can't control nature. The lose rocks can give way anytime. People could lose lives. There are no boundary walls given to roads either on the other side of the road. I have knot in stomach watching this.
@@emue229 Indeed brother it's a very scary road. But if someone choose the right time (Maybe Oct-Nov / Mar-May) to visit such places wisely then there won't be any problem (landslides etc.). Also, risk element and thrill is always there when you are visiting any part of the mountains. You must have also read the BRO quote - "Check Your Nerves, On My Curves" 😃
@@budgetescapes Very scary indeed. More so on night coaches that might be taking travelers back and forth to Shimla. There are no lights on the these roads nor guard railings on other side of the mountains. I wonder what this government is doing. Instead of finding Central Vista in Delhi, they could certainly uplift the roads in these remote areas. Compared to this NH5, how are roads from Srinagar to Leh via Sonmarg?

@@emue229 Well, those are not loose rocks, they are properly cut by road building contractors and will generally remain where they are. Sometimes in monsoons or winters, there are landslides and avalanches but those are unavoidable natural phenomenon and can't be controlled but yes can be avoided. As far as retaining wall building is concerned, the mountains are exceptionally high, so you cannot build a retaining wall all over the road, it's impractical, useless (as a 40-100 feet tall wall cannot stop a 9000 feet tall mountain from moving down) and very costly. Usually, as I mentioned before the mountainous side is strong. Yes, they need to install more guard rails on the other side which they are doing almost on all highways but at a very slow pace.
@@Organintetnational Sir, what I meant was guard rails, not tall walls. I was looking for the right words. Actually the present Modi government is spending millions of dollars on central vista development, bullet train projects or huge statues. Instead, the funds could be directed to providing basic infrastructure to people living in these difficult terrains. For example, Kinnaur or Spiti is beautiful. However few non Himachalis want to drive on these dangerous roads to come there. I'm not sure if there are airports in Kinnaur or Spiti

Usually a piece of advice while driving in Himachal on such roads is to drive slowly if your vehicle is not equipped with ABS. This bus probably has ABS as most cars too have these days and one can play with speed but a non-ABS vehicle will swing out of the road, on high speed on sudden braking and will cause accident as the road is very narrow.
wow 😮😮it's fantastic bus driver and God bless you and best of luck🙏🏼🙏🏼😇😇🌺🌹 and thank you dear sir for watching to this dangerous road🙏🏼🙏🏼👍👍 and happy journey 🙏🏼🙏🏼🏕🏕and jai Mata di 🙏🏼🙏🏼🌺🌹

Why is the bus going so fast on a very narrow, danger and high cliff road? Was he showing off just for this video or was in a rush?
