    [Ingredients]
    Chicken No. 10 (1 kg) for Braised Spicy Chicken,
    1 green onion, 4T red pepper powder,
    3T of sugar, 3T of soy sauce, 4T of ketchup,
    1T of red pepper paste, 2T of oyster sauce,
    2T of minced garlic, 0.5T of minced ginger,
    5T of starch syrup, 3 pinch of salt,
    20 rolls of pepper, cooking oil
    [How to make it]
    0. Preparation of materials
    1) Dry the chicken well with a kitchen towel.
    2) Cut the Achilles tendon with scissors on the chicken legs.
    3) Cut one green onion into 3-4cm long pieces.
    1. Put the chicken for stir-fried chicken first in a wok preheated over high heat, sprinkle 3 skewers of salt, and bake for about 3 minutes.
    ※ You can't use a royal pan when using induction, so use a deep frying pan!
    ※ Add about one round of cooking oil for low-fat chickens!
    ※ Cook the quick-cooked dry meat on top of the other flesh!
    2. Turn the chicken upside down, cover it with cooking oil, and bake it over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
    ※ Oil may splash, so put oil on it just before you cover it!
    ※ Please rummage through it so that it doesn't burn!
    3. Add green onions and stir-fry for a while, then stir-fry them for another 5 minutes with the lid covered so that they do not burn.
    4. Reduce the heat to low and let it steam for about 2 minutes.
    ※ Cook the chicken for a total of 20 minutes!
    5. Transfer the roasted chicken to another bowl.
    ※ Cover the chicken so it doesn't get cold!
    ※ Roasted chicken oil needs to be made with sauce, so don't throw it away and leave it in the wok!
    6. Stir-fry 4T of red pepper powder in the remaining chicken oil to make red pepper oil.
    ※ Turn off the heat and make chili oil with residual heat to prevent the chili powder from burning!
    ※ If there is less oil, add about one round of cooking oil!
    7. Add 3T of sugar, 3T of soy sauce, 2T of oyster sauce, 4T of ketchup, 1T of red pepper paste, 2T of minced garlic, and 0.5T of minced ginger and stir-fry over low heat.
    8. Add 20 rounds of pepper and 5T starch syrup to the seasoning of 7 and mix well for 2 to 3 minutes.
    ※ You can stir-fry it for a while as if you're heating it up!
    9. When the seasoning of 8 starts to boil a little, add the chicken of 5 that you took out and mix it over high heat for a while, and it's done!
