I had the 2014 version in the mist, lotion and shower gel and I gave the mist away a few years ago and now I am kicking myself! I got the 2022 mist and it doesn't feel the same. I think that ginger note is what was extra special in the 2014 version, although maybe it's still in there and they just stopped listing it.
Yeah, it seems to be always like that. The first years always the best most of the time When it comes to that ginger note, I don't really get any spice with the later versions, but I definitely got it from 2014. It wasn't powerful, just nice and subtle but it was really nice in it

My aunt gave my grandma a body mist from the Orchard collection, it is called Honey crisp apple and buttered rum... On the button it has a 41 and some other numbers I suspect it is from 2014. That body mist smells intact. I have a body lotion from 2008 it is called Pink grapefruit.. up until this year I noticed a little change in the scent. BBW did have an amazing quality. It is a shame how it has changed and the prices have increased abruptly.

Such a fun video! This was the first time I smelled this and I liked the spray a lot but the cream smells sour and was really funky and gross smelling. Maybe I had on something that didn’t mix with it but I tried it two different times and both times it was stank on me. Maybe it just doesn’t work with my chemistry

I have bottles of MPL from 2018ish (brown bottle) which actually was the very 1 time I smelled that scent. It's funny bc those yrs u took a break from bbw were the exact same yrs I just came back 2 bbw lol. I came back to bbw around 2017ish after having stopped shopping bbw 10+ yrs (unintentionally) so I missed out on alot of good scents. The "hard knocks of life" took over & I 4got about alot of "life's pleasures" & I don't even remember why bbw was included in that mix bc I ♥ 'd me some bath&body since they began back n the day. I smelled this yr's version in-store at the $4.95 sale 2day, too light to enjoy not impressed. I still have a bottle from last yr 2022 bc I wanted it 4 the packaging, 2021 never purchased bcuz still had 2018ish bottles left & 2020 my store didn't have any sprays left at the winter SAS. That was the yr of the pandemic & I didn't go 2 the summer SAS bc of pandemic (too scared), I just waited & went 2 the winter 1 instead.
I always think about what I missed out on when I wasn't purchasing like that I think one called boardwalk marshmallow that I want so bad. I heard that was one of the best fragrances from them

It wasn't as sweet, and no toasted marshmallow. I was soo upset. But I've found that if I use it as a room spray, that bad milk note doesn't pop up. But I was soo looking forward to that toasted marshmallow
I tried the mist in store today and it was soo light all I smell was alcohol... She had to stay in the store honey however the lotion is bae... Lotion is marshmallow heavy I will stock up on her tfs

I have the 2022 version. I sprayed it last night and it was so good. I don’t need any more backups either since I only wear it in the fall/ winter.

Definitely a big difference from the earlier years. Now it's quantity over quality. Pushing out more product than making quality top priority
