I would love to see Commander Willard from Yavin, the guy with the lamps that guilds the fighters out of the Yavin base, Camie and Fixer from Tosche Station, the girl twins at the Cantina, 3 astromech droids from A New Hope- 1 where the rebels are captured on the Blockade Runner, 1 wondering around Mos Eisley, 1 in the halls of the Death Star. I also want to add the Jabba the Hutt stand in at docking bay 94.
It's not easy. Your best bet is discussing with the community and gaining support from other collectors for polls like this, but the old fashioned passionate letter to them may still get heard.
Great list of possibilities. Would really love to complete an update/definitive version of the original Kenner 96. That said, the SOLO movie truly got the short straw as far TVC figures….and Rogue 1 needs some love, too.
Completely agree. I think Hasbro are a bit worried that some collectors will complete the 96, then stop collecting. If they make interesting product, then there's no reason to stop. And yes, both Rogue One and Solo could do with more figures in the line.
I'd love to see an animated/live series interpretation of Amanaman where he turns out to be some horrifying murder-ape who can scuttle up walls and cleave through armor with his giant claws. He was always a favorite of mine as a kid, despite being arguably THE goofiest character ever released for the original Kenners.
6 of yours are on my list I submitted weeks ago. Great picks. I'd love Imperial and Rebel versions of Iden Versio. Uncle Owen is my #1 spot with Aunt Beru at my #2 from a ANH.
How about a play set top whatever list? 1. Tosche Station 2. Yavin base with figures around the big monitor 3. Luke’s uncles garage with the family car and the oil bath for C-3PO 4. Ben’s home on Tatooine 5. Etc.
I don’t see the need for updates on figures that are already made. I mean, how many Luke’s, Hans, Chewbacca’s, Leias, Vaders, stormtroopers, Jawas, sand people etc. do we need? I’m a collector of the original 3 films and I would greatly love to see completely unmade figures from them.
To each their own. For me it can be jarring seeing POTF2 figures in the same display as the latest TVC figures. Generally I'd say new over redo, but some, like the Shoretrooper i just really want the best version available.

That paints one hell of a picture!! I think the closest we got was the unfinished Clone Wars arc. Would be cool to see it fleshed out.

@ I just think that after a few years there’s no where to display or store them all. They end up in a closet or storage building.
