Okay am I the only one that feels this a total anthem of a song? Not only that but this band is soooo fucking underrated! Maybe it’s because autotune need not apply. This song has everything! Shredding Guitar solo, killer bass line, amazing vocals and did I mention tight ass fuck drums!
James Michael is a perfectionist. When recording, there is no autotune, he just does it over and over til he's happy with it! And if you've heard them live, you know there's no vocal manipulation. And you are so right about Dustin Steinke on drums! The man is amazing. He gets so into the songs, he's screaming by the end of each song! Seeing these guys live was def a rare treat!
Sixx AM is one of the most consistent bands out there. All of their albums are quality. They could've stuck to the formula of being a band for the Nikki Sixx book, but they kept going. Can't wait to hear the new album.

But regarding Motley Crue. Honestly my favourite members have always been Mick Mars and Nikki Sixx. Don't think I've ever read any trash about Mick. Por guy can't move his neck, so sad

I am 59 and saw them with 5 Finger Death Punch what a great band can't stop listening. I have see lots of great bands from the 70s etc. I love the way dj plays. I only wish I had found them earlier.
I really hope that Nikki continues to put music out under the Sixx:A.M He's done a great job putting together a great band, and making some music that has great hooks, and lyrics. I've been a fan of the terror twins since 81 / 82, and to see Nikki continuing to make great music, and tour to support the new releases, is a fantastic thing.

I met a guy that used to be a bully in my old school (going back over 20 years) we started remembering back about his bullying reign, I then realised how different he was now. Never saw them play live. But since seeing them on video I bought every album they've made. That vocal is the special. But nothing outdo's having Nikki Sixx play bass in your band
@@phyllisgoodson9865 I was terrified before the concert! You have 4 musicians who are the BEST I've heard in a long time. I'm also aware they can make a frog sound great in the studio. I have an illness called misophonia, it's where some sounds literally flip your fight/flight button and I didn't get the 'flight' gene and my worst thing is music sung off key. I was so afraid James wouldn't be up to some of those notes, but he was spot on, every note! If ever there was a super group, it was Sixx AM! Best concert I've ever been to!
You're right just singing is amazing and it's for great great music people. Of course Nikki Sixx is good and no matter what he does. In case you couldn't guess I'm a Nikki sixth lover by far! Of course I do like 6:00 a.m. but I'm not sure I'd like them as well if Nikki wasn't in there.

You know in the background right after the chorus where he sings "we will not go quietly" one more time, less audible? The girls would sing that one part by themselves, but that's it. I barely noticed them singing during the other songs though. But yeah, they were mainly there for the looks. But hey, they're hot, so why not?

I was so afraid James wouldn't be up to some of those notes, but he was spot on, every note! If ever there was a super group, it was Sixx AM! Best concert I've ever been to!
You're right just singing is amazing and it's for great great music people. Of course Nikki Sixx is good and no matter what he does. In case you couldn't guess I'm a Nikki sixth lover by far! Of course I do like 6:00 a.m. but I'm not sure I'd like them as well if Nikki wasn't in there.

You know in the background right after the chorus where he sings "we will not go quietly" one more time, less audible? The girls would sing that one part by themselves, but that's it. I barely noticed them singing during the other songs though. But yeah, they were mainly there for the looks. But hey, they're hot, so why not?
