I would like to know something, after doing a workout for abs, I noticed that my neck hurts, because I haven't exercised for a long time, I have to strain my neck, is it normal to have neck pain? Is it normal to have abdominal pain from doing abs?
SHE’S NOT ADDING THE MOST IMPORTANT PART. You need CARDIO to actually burn through the visceral fat. This will tone your muscles, yes. But they’ll still be under a layer of extra fat that only cardio (ie your body going thru your reserve of energy) can process. Kazuha’s cardio is mainly the 8+ hours of dancing and training!
Everyone knows that they are not going to get this type of abs without cardio. So, no need to be offended by this video. And this workout will actually help you to get rid of fat.

@@motherlover6 ballerinas are made to be flexible but also not extremely flexible like. I'm an ex gymnast and now doing ballet. My teacher told me that I'm too flexible, which means I curve my back when doing some movements. As this is a habit, I need to always remember about it. In ballet you need flexibility and also not really. @@benxtay for the most part it should be after, or at a different day (especially if you're planning on doing intense cardio) because if you do intense cardio before the workout you won't have enough energy to do your actual workout, you can however warmup with light to moderate cardio (for 3 - 5 min.) just to get the blood flowing to your muscles
@@benxtayYou should do cardio before ab exercise. Because you should always do exercises that involve multiple muscle groups first and then do the exercises that target certain muscles groups like abs, glutes, shoulder etc

Rep means repetition. So how many you do in one go. Sets is how many times you repeat it. So for example knee tucks 20 rep, 3 set means you do 20 knee tucks but repeat 3 times. Hope that helped 😅
Fact : Doing Crunches variations not work as much the 11 lines abs for have abs you can do Plank Variations and Stomach Vacuum for small waist and abs. Crunches make a lot of time an injuries in back but correct your lower back but the best is plank for strong core. If you want see the abs and lose fat is important to do cardio (le sserafim cardio is perfect but a lot) and 80% of lose fat is diet with balanced meals + calories déficit (not less 1000 kcal) and maybe intermittent fasting 16:8
you need to do cardio… trust me i do this workout all the time but i stopped dancing, so i can feel these rock solid abs underneath a layer of fat😍 same with my legs… rock solid under the fat
