I love that you’re the only Lego RUclipsrs who knows how to build in this game; and you using foundations is something no one does and builds look ugly without them; the only other person I know who uses foundations is me 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Without a foundation, the building seems to be sinking into the ground 😂

@ I know and then it looks ugly; but everyone is trying hard not to use foundations 😪😪😪😪

Lego master builder, i noticed though you place your flooring first, which is ok to do the outline, but sometimes you can fill the space with bigger pieces; also the walls are supposed do go on the outside of the floor on top of the foundation; that is how prefabs do it, because otherwise the outside has a small floor sandwich line where you can se the layers in the build.

Yes, these are useful tips, I think I did this in one house, or was thinking of doing it. I need to do this in the next one, the main thing is not to forget about it at the beginning of creation

I liked the seam that it created and thought it was absolutely intentional. I considered it without the floor between, but it's just more aesthetically pleasing this way, in my opinion. I wouldn't change it.

@ I understand it can be intentional but for people that don’t know how to use the pieces correctly this actually creates a problem later in their own custom builds when doing inside walls, since they will quickly find out the measurements will be off by 1 stud of thickness.

@@JulyJouwels I guess people will come here with a specific thing in mind - this build. This ain't a tutorial on "how to build all things", it's how to build the house in the way she has. I think people should be able to adapt. I use exterior walls inside and add pieces of flooring to the tops of internal walls so they meet.... because I experimented and tried different things. Do you know what you're doing? Yes? Then let this tutorial be what it is and be happy someone is creating and sharing.

@@lschmookitty lol Im not hating on the tutorial, or the build, I have already complimented her build and always do on all her videos lo wtf 😂😂😂 I'm just comenting on the technique, because there are certain ways to build, she is an experienced builder so she gets a pass doing things like this, but because other inexperienced builders watch this sometimes they get the wrong idea on how to build.

When you start your build, it would be wonderful if you could begin with the main entrance on your layout. I’ve done a couple of your builds and found out after I followed you to a T that my entrance was actually in a different area than I thought. Also, I would love to know how much resources I need to have. I think I just laid this one out again with the entrance somewhere else. I hate to have to tear everything down and rebuild.

Ok, I'll mark the main entrance somehow, because it seemed clear to me. As for the materials, I haven't figured out how to do it, except to count them myself, and that will take a lot of time, which I don't want to spend, because the game doesn't have the ability to count them in creative mode, if you come up with a way other than demolishing the building, then I will listen and use that method.

yes, i agree. I've just completed the first level and i don't know which side is the front entrance. I feel it's the double castle doors which is going to be at the back of my village. I don't know if i need to knock it all down and restart.

I love your bills that you put out, but they’re way too big. I need some smaller ones and mid side ones that can be nestled between the trees and make a village out of them. I did just got done building three days and it’s way too large. Hard to even decorate.

Thank you, every time I try to make a small house, but it grows to this size. I will try to make the next one smaller

The complexity limit is such a pain, they also need to make some kind of counter that shows how many buildings you can place in your village square because like this is way to vague
