Cabby is pissed to all hell, everything she wrote down, her life's work is *meaningless*. She has nothing to live for, and no memories to back to because of HIM. Nickle is only dissapointed. Nickle was always cynical. He doesn't even think highly of Mephone enough for this to be too much of a suprise to him. Nickle made a sarcastic remark, and was right about it. Candle is in a similar vein of only being dissapointed, but for a different reason. She always preached about the Inner Flame, as she told silver, and how seeking balance within yourself is crucial, as she taught YinYang. But she just learned that she's the product of someone being unbalanced. Lightbulb is perfectly characterized. She was always hopeful, in everyone. She was the bright side. Lightbulb saw the good in everyone. But Mephone just broke that. She can't see good in him anymore, there's no light, just a pale blue glow. And finally Knife & Suitcase. Knife assumed the role of a protector of everyone. He wanted to make a change and help, only to learn that, like Trophy said, it was an act. He could never change. He was always a brute. Everyone he hoped to protect, was hurt. And Suitcase was what Knife wanted to protect. She couldn't even make out what was and wasn't real from her own eyes. And now, she knows that none of it was real. Nothing mattered in the end. With the next shot being Mephone falling off a cliff, a reference to the first ever challenge of Inanimate Insanity, and how everything he wanted fell away, or more accurately, he fell from everything he wanted. And at the bottom, Steve Cobs was waiting. Karma was waiting.
not to mention, knife and suitcase are actually saying something here! theyre saying "you made us broken!" and "why did you make me like this?!" those words really stuck with mephone, huh.

This is by far my favorite scene in the whole series. It just wraps the whole series so perfectly through the eyes of the person who made it and how despite the good times, in the end everyone hated it, even the creator and his creations. Despite the contestants coming back to life, MePhone still lost everything except the memories. He is so fortunate to have 3gs to connect with now as he has to rebuild himself.
I’m just realizing this but at 2:13 the reason Mephone looks at the bottom of this cliff is because that’s the challenge from episode 1 and throughout the seasons, Mephone loves that challenge so much and now it’s gone

I'm not gonna lie, this is probably the best II song. A entire sequence of the show through mephone's memories as he reminisces on everything he lost that he took for granted and treated poorly, along with probably one of antony's best vocal performances and lyrics ever just makes this one godly to me

As of me writing this, I'm currently having severe depression and hopelessness for losing a lot of good friends due to my own awful actions to them, making them leave me. This song really hits hard for me specifically as I'm experiencing the same feelings MePhone did. We lost everyone that mattered to us. I'm currently getting the help I need, and hopefully someday I can get my friends back like MePhone did.
i actually cant believe its over... after all these years of watching inanimate insanity and its over... i wish it wasn't but it is and i can't change the fact its over and it makes me want to cry... and i did cry and all we can do now is wait for the next big object show to be made but nothing will be as amazing
I don't think it is, there will be a season 4, it's been practically confirmed multiple times over, even Adam himself said there would be a season 4 so it's not over yet, it will probably release in about the summer of 2025

As I am on winter break I couldn’t help but stop to watch this. The way this made me tear up…Through this the entire show is summed up, and we can understand MePhones perspective throughout what happens. The buzzing at the end makes it even more eerie and the melancholic tone really does it Best Christmas present ever.
Easily my favorite of the three new songs in the finale. If you played it with no context to someone not in the fandom they might just think it’s a regular sad song. How the lyrics reflect all of MePhone’s thoughts or how memories that brought him joy like the auditions get distorted into him seeing everything deleted, MePad hating him, and imagining all the contestants upset with him are soul crushing but so well done. And MePhone reflecting while standing on the Crappy Cliff only for Cobs to forcefully pull him away which is pretty much how he actually did is so well done. The second half of this show is almost a masterpiece to me, and has inspired me in my own stuff. Major props to the team

This is by far my most favorite song in the whole series, the first time i heard it i almost had a breakdown. Imagine knowing you created almost all of your contestant, and most of them just ended up hating you. Creating a show just to escape from your creator, deleting all of your memories of him, making an entire new season JUST to avoid him. These are the lyrics of someone who lost all of their self-esteem and everything that brought them joy, which does technically fit MePhone. Also, like most people respond to "How are you?" with "I'm fine." anyway, so this is a really real lyric. ❤
II was an amazing show, the voice acting and animation style getting better and better every season and episode, the songs we got, the characters we all loved. I’ve loved II ever since 2019 and truly it’s one of those shows I can watch without getting tired. It’s an amazing show overall,Thank you Adam, thank you animation epic.
After watching this I can't believe what poor MePhone4 had been through he was happy that now he abandoned Cobs and was able to move on but he felt guilty every since his traumatic memories about Cobs had been repressed he feels, I feel bad because all of his contestants have turned against him because he made them the way they are but they didn't realise that even though they were given personalities they can still be whoever they wanted to be, however throughout the series we see how MePhone4 cares more about his job rather than his contestants, MePhone4 said that he did this and also created Inanimate Insanity so he could rebel against Cobs but it meant he was still kind of doing it for him.
I had this show during a very dark time in my life, it helped me have something to look forward to each day and the community I met because of it was so kind and supportive to me. I know you probably won’t see this but thank you AnimationEpic, for everything, your silly little object show genuinely changed my life for the better and I will always support whatever comes next.

Yapping comment time: it's amazing the the animators were able to imitate the older styles for the music video. Now onto the song itself: amazing! It's like mephone wrote it himself. You can feel all of his emotions from losing the show and his contestants. I have to day it again but: amazing as always!
Attention to detail how the contestants pass MePhone all happy but when they come out the other side, they're full of hatred. MePhone's creations turning against him with all the garbled scribble descriptions of the contestants was a real deep scene. Knife all angry and Suitcase broken down into tears all for realizing that they were lied to, causing MePhone to eventually fall off the cliff due to his own actions....this part of the movie was hard to watch...but it truly goes to show that even animated objects can get the best of our emotions....
Mephone looks like he wasn’t aware of how much he hurt the contestants and what was wrong with what he was doing. I don’t think he’s good or bad but he’s a complicated character for sure! My faves

Easily my favorite of the three new songs in the finale. If you played it with no context to someone not in the fandom they might just think it’s a regular sad song.
How the lyrics reflect all of MePhone’s thoughts or how memories that brought him joy like the auditions get distorted into him seeing everything deleted, MePad hating him, and imagining all the contestants upset with him are soul crushing but so well done. And MePhone reflecting while standing on the Crappy Cliff only for Cobs to forcefully pull him away which is pretty much how he actually did is so well done. The second half of this show is almost a masterpiece to me, and has inspired me in my own stuff. Major props to the team

Act 2 keep on making me sad and while watching act 3 and the song still sad but when I see oj alive I made me feel better and brings back the happiness
This is by far my most favorite song in the whole series, the first time i heard it i almost had a breakdown.
Imagine knowing you created almost all of your contestant, and most of them just ended up hating you. Creating a show just to escape from your creator, deleting all of your memories of him, making an entire new season JUST to avoid him. Despite EVERYTHING, in the end.. its just you two.. theres no hope for escaping anymore, everything you love, everything you are proud of, is just gone.

II was an amazing show, the voice acting and animation style getting better and better every season and episode, the songs we got, the characters we all loved. I’ve loved II ever since 2019 and truly it’s one of those shows I can watch without getting tired. It’s an amazing show overall,Thank you Adam, thank you animation epic.
After watching this I can't believe what poor MePhone4 had been through he was happy that now he abandoned Cobs and was able to move on but he felt guilty every since his traumatic memories about Cobs had been repressed he feels, I feel bad because all of his contestants have turned against him because he made them the way they are but they didn't realise that even though they were given personalities they can still be whoever they wanted to be, however throughout the series we see how MePhone4 cares more about his job rather than his contestants, MePhone4 said that he did this and also created Inanimate Insanity so he could rebel against Cobs but it meant he was still kind of doing it for him.

I had this show during a very dark time in my life, it helped me have something to look forward to each day and the community I met because of it was so kind and supportive to me. I know you probably won’t see this but thank you AnimationEpic, for everything, your silly little object show genuinely changed my life for the better and I will always support whatever comes next.

Yapping comment time: it's amazing the the animators were able to imitate the older styles for the music video. Now onto the song itself: amazing! It's like mephone wrote it himself. You can feel all of his emotions from losing the show and his contestants. I have to day it again but: amazing as always!
Attention to detail how the contestants pass MePhone all happy but when they come out the other side, they're full of hatred. MePhone's creations turning against him with all the garbled scribble descriptions of the contestants was a real deep scene. Knife all angry and Suitcase broken down into tears all for realizing that they were lied to, causing MePhone to eventually fall off the cliff due to his own actions....this part of the movie was hard to watch...but it truly goes to show that even animated objects can get the best of our emotions....

i love this song so much because it can be interpreted in many ways and is just. chill. the entire song could be interpreted about just, how mephone's life been n stuff. " Karma changed. Every place I made ", if you look closely can be interpreted as cobs changing what mephone has created (destroying it) and leaving him the remaining, cobs being the karma that is mentioned in this song!! or "karma changed", how mephone's luck changed and now he has to face his own reality. he isn't as "lucky" to be able to run away anymore..
