    expense on grocries will be 33.3% more because if you take 15 as 100 % then 10 will be 2/3 of it ans if 1/3 is more becaise 5+5+5 is whole part and 10 is 2/3 ans 15 is 3/3 ans 15-10 is 5=1/3 whiich si 33.3 percent

      @@koustavsaha8163 i think the main logic lies in identifying the base here. groceries *ON* travel. so travel's % is taken as 100%, i.e, "10%" and groceries is *MORE* by 5%. so (5/10) * 100

    35:16 The total expenditure I got is 12500. I mean like how can it be direct multiplication of the number or people and the expenditure. The expenditure for 4/9 of (22x900) people= 10,000 as per question. So we need to find total expenditure which will be given by the expenditure of the total number of tourist which is ependiture by (22x900) people = (10,000x9)/4 which equals 12,500. I mean how can it be 8.8 crore?

    • @optimist934
      @optimist934 Год назад +2

      The average expenditure of 10000 is of "a " tourist and not of whole tourists. So 10k is spent by 1 tourist so total tourist during February were 90k×22%×4/9=8800, thus average expenditure will be 8800×10000=8.8cr
