Any suggestions for optimizing the k2? Locking in low sensitivity, selecting the best overall application mode, etc. I know it’s less than ideal as a situational awareness tic but do you have suggestions for getting the best use out of it?
Great question! If you are using as a "tactical camera" (which we don't recommend) but we certainly understand the struggles and budget limitations, we recommend locking it in Low Sensitivity and then programing one to search mode for your outside Incident Commander. This allows them to see colorization at 200 degrees to help spot problematic areas while the inside crews need to be in TI Basic due to higher heat conditions.
