I just retired from a Disney cruise, we went to cabo on wed and it was just beautiful, we did the bottomless boat adventure, got dropped of on a beach for 29 min to swim, then went on a dolphin adventure, we just loved it and hope to return someday..
That sounds like so much fun!! I'm glad you had such a nice time there. I ALMOST did a dolphin adventure, but I have swam with dolphins a number of times in the past and even though I LOVE it, I wanted to try new experiences.
Nice video on Cabo. My wife and I have been traveling there, every year, for the past 20 years! We love it. We have a trip planned this year for the whole month of December. Whales are there from December to March. I have taken some awesome pictures of them breaching. Also, a few hundred whale tails. Can't wait to go!!!
I just went on September for my 30th bday and it was amazing , we stayed right in Cabo’s so we were walking distance from marina and all the clubs . I got to do camel riding , horse riding , atvs, sunset cruise and snorkeling cruise , I went to La Paz to balandras and Todos Santos too but didn’t know about the turtles :( .

La Paz, north of Cabo, is a great spot to take live aboard charter boat trips. I took a week long dive trip which explored some of the islands in the Sea of Cortez. Diving with the hammerhead sharks was super exciting too, they're such prehistoric creatures. And the sea lions were great fun to scuba with too. I read Steinbecks The Log from the Sea of Cortez book while on the trip too.
Wow that’s so cool! Thanks for sharing about some of your experiences. How was it swimming with the hammerheads? Were you in open water or were you in a cage? Were they feeding them? I want details!
Ah the details, there we were, waves breaking over the bow... The hammerheads are known to frequent sea mounts in the area and that's where the charter boats will drop you off. The water's quite deep so you just hang out and wait for them to appear - hopefully. They're quite skittish and generally don't come near divers, one's we saw were some distance away. But quite exciting to see. No cage needed.

It is two hours away! I would have mentioned it, but so many tours leave Cabo San Lucas to do the whale shark expeditions. And for those who travel and are adventurous enough, it would be a shame to travel many miles to visit Cabo San Lucas and then not have this amazing experience because it was just a couple hours away! Definitely go. You can’t go wrong. Thank you for watching! Get a GoPro or any action camera with a waterproof housing. You’re going to want to capture the stuff you do in the water. It’s worth it. Many cheap options available too if budget is restricted. (:

Just the cheapest GoPro available! Hah. It was an entry level GoPro from a couple years ago for $120. I believe the new entry level ones that just came out this year are $150, but don’t quote me on that. You definitely should record! You’ll want to look back on it. Lots to see under the waves.
I have a question about the cactus ATV tour. I'm taking it in April and I'm wondering if they give you the GoPros to record the trip and you pay them for the video or was that your own GoPro?
I used my own GoPro but I believe they can also rent out gopros... but I’m really not sure. I didn’t think to ask because I already had my own. But they have mounts on the helmet already so I’m assuming they lend out gopros. Sorry I can’t help more!!

mithelay mi just get into the town and ask them to tell you where the turtles are. Any hotel, restaurant, or person on the street will point you in the right direction!
the hotel california was a fictional hotel. the eagles sued the hotel for copyright infrinment. any case it is a cool place to have a drink , and the food is pretty good too.

+NaoNaudiaa yes I know, but then I have to Google the websites because I don't have them all memorized lol They are in the description of each one of the videos. For the turtles, I was already in town and asked a hotel what side of the beach to go to and they told me. The location is at the beach. They aren't in town. That's also in that video ^_^

Im not really sure. From what I’ve heard it’s pretty much year round, what changes is the temperature in the water and the amount you might see. Because the turtles are part of a conservation effort, there are lots of turtles!
Between November to March are the best season to go see whales and also fishing marlins plus weather is not as hot during winter (minimums of 70 at night 😂😅)
Very well produced video. We are going the camels, horse, and snorkel. Since we have a car, we might visit the town north of Cabo. Wife want to go shopping downtown.

Just a reminder the turtle release is only once a year in early March. you need a car to go down to the beach prefurably 4 wheel drive
Hmm... I believe it is not in March, as I was not there in March when I released the turtles. 😉

the hotel california was a fictional hotel. the eagles sued the hotel for copyright infrinment. any case it is a cool place to have a drink , and the food is pretty good too.

For the turtles, I was already in town and asked a hotel what side of the beach to go to and they told me. The location is at the beach. They aren't in town. That's also in that video ^_^

Im not really sure. From what I’ve heard it’s pretty much year round, what changes is the temperature in the water and the amount you might see. Because the turtles are part of a conservation effort, there are lots of turtles!
Between November to March are the best season to go see whales and also fishing marlins plus weather is not as hot during winter (minimums of 70 at night 😂😅)

Very well produced video. We are going the camels, horse, and snorkel. Since we have a car, we might visit the town north of Cabo. Wife want to go shopping downtown.
