I am student and have took my parent's hard earned money/loan to buy HP laptop (Model 55,000Rs) for my education and am not satisfied with HP product and service.
It's been not a month and am facing hardware issues on my new laptop.
1. Laptop bluetooth stopped working in month.
2. Laptop is getting heat even though not using heavily.
I have visited HP service center, Belagaum regarding the laptop issues. And got to know, its hardware issue.
How come new laptop gets hardware issue in a month?
I am suspecting more issues will come in near future.
Since, I dont want to get opened and repaired my new laptop as its not been a month. I want new replacement for product or refund the money. Please do needful

There is no extra slot but you can upgrade ram upto 16gb and SSD upto 2TB. There is not any extra slot you can only upgrade it & I think this is enough for Students and Office Purpose. 😊

Actually this is a very good laptop. I am also an engineering student and have been using it for many days. battery does not last long because it is a gaming laptop. So you can buy it, there will be no regret after buying, just pay attention that the battery backup is low, & everything else is superb.
