I have Paid Budget for 5 years car insurance, my car got written off, Then they asked me if I had finished paying the car(Why that matters I don't know) when they were supposed to pay me they turned down my claim "stating I didn't take reasonable care- If you can help, please help!!

I have cancelled my car insurance with Iwyse and moved my retirement annuity. We must continue to pinch them to the core...I hate them.
They rejected my claim on Friday. My accident was last year on the 7th of August.
