He wasn't third partied cause cause he finishes fight super fast. His time-to-kill is very quick
You only get third parties if you leave fight lasts over 45 seconds, Reef’s fights are done in 30 seconds maximum because he had the god shotgun with his good aim

He wouldn't do none of this without 0 ping. Bullets hit first evertime on 0 ping. There needs to be a universal 60 ping for everyone to solve this.

Are you kidding? Reet was playing on high ping for the longest time, still placing first in regions that weren’t even his, sometimes on more than 60 ping. All of a sudden he’s on par with all the other pros ping wise and his skill is solely dependent on that? Quit hating.
