Great points on Palantir's fundamentals, but isn't the high PE ratio a red flag? It's easy to say 'buy the dip,' but how do we know when it's a dip versus a downward spiral?
Here’s the deal: a high PE ratio isn’t necessarily a red flag-it’s a context flag. For a company like Palantir, you’re not just buying earnings; you’re buying the story, the future growth, and their ability to dominate a niche. High PE? That’s the market saying, “We believe in the upside.” Now, about buying the dip: a dip only matters if the fundamentals are intact. If the business isn’t growing or innovating, it’s not a dip-it’s a dead weight. The key? Look at what’s driving the decline. Temporary market sentiment? That’s a dip. A collapse in revenue, execution, or leadership? That’s a spiral. You don’t buy dips blindly; you buy conviction backed by data.
I agree with the long term. But in the short term it has become way overvalued from a fundamentals perspective. Still I’m holding 110 shares but that’s after selling some and wont buy more at this price right now

10% $10,000
