Should the skin not be like red underneath? It looks like somebody had to much coconut oil on and let it dry to the skull! I don't know but it does not look real

Depends on why you have dandruff. Product buildup. Oily hair. Etc but no the skin isn't red all the time. I use to get bad dandruff and my skin wasn't red or irritated.
That's not always the case. Its actually almost never the case. I've been a hairdresser for 16 years. Only a very small percentage of people actually get red patches from dandruff. Its dry skin and build up. That doesn't It's also sweat and oils that's why it slides out of the hair somewhat easily.

Big dandruff is very fragile. I'm experienced in my field of dandruff removal. And i can say that dead skin that large will stick together and detach from the skin if stretched. Scratching will make the skin red.😊

I have suffered from this type of dandruff on my scalp due to psoriasis...my scalp would be really red and sore after removing the dandruff

Some fakery going on here, but its still somehow satisfying. Im not sure what the process is of faking this "dandruff" but its well done.

Doesn't look hard to do just mix something with water and plaster in hair if you look the hair is to clean to have this much stuff in it
