Quick stretch 10 minute series are GREAT. A person based on their development can pick and choose what works best for them. As you know folks are busy and with shorter videos will be more inclined to watch from beginning until end.

You know i am an in shape older guy [68] and i work 3pm-1:30am, our supervisor is in his early 60's and in great shape. At the 3:10pm meeting we USED to do a few minutes of stretching prior to work and you wouldn't believe the terrible condition so many employees are in, i can still touch the floor with my hands/knuckles and i get an epidural shot in my back from time to time. Unfortunately, we don't do the stretching anymore because [i think] most people feel intimidated but we have a company gym that i use prior to work. I have 2 full length foam rollers and the different bands myself but your flexibility is AMAZING!
Wonderful stretches....super effective and truly grateful for this! 🧘♀️🥰 Talking as you move through your practice makes you present and flows much more nicely for us following along. 🥰 [Just maybe take the "singing" down a notch (or two) for a smoother experience. 😉🤗]

Great elastic band technique will try it, attempting to get my split back. Hope my bands don't snap!
