I got: Maths- 8 (3 off a 9, but I was relieved because paper 1 went awfully) English Language- 8 (1 off a 9, slightly disappointed but grateful for an 8) English Literature- 8 Combined science- 9-9 (no idea how but wow) History- 9 (I worked so hard for this, so proud) PE- 9 (didn’t even think this was possible tbh) German- 9 (100%) French- 9 (it was a stronger 9 than I thought so really pleased) EPQ- A* (biggest shock, was totally unexpected) Well done to everyone!!

Ive got the grades i need to go to a private school i earned a maximum academic scholarship for so im glad, and will be able to do my chosen alevels of Politics, history and English lit. @@yt_babaplays Depends - I can only talk for my university (Loughborough) which is a top 10 uni in the UK and only requires minimum 6s in Maths and English for my course. If I remember right the other GCSE results didn’t matter (provided they were passes). My cousin got 5s in both and got accepted into Sheffield Hallam this year on a Management course.
