    We all know the drill-after a long day, we unwind in front of our screens, whether it's our mobile phones, laptops, or TVs. We keep scrolling until our eyes beg for rest. But little do we realize that this habit affects the quality of our sleep. The blue light from screens disrupts our natural sleep patterns, leaving us feeling groggy even after a full night's rest.
    Scientifically proven, our well-being, mental health, immune system, stress management, and adherence to routines are all directly related to our sleep quality.
    So, what's the simple solution to these complex problems? It's crafting a perfect night routine tailored to yourself. You might have seen countless videos about perfect morning routines, but the key to achieving that lies in following a perfect night routine first. Because what you do before bed directly impacts how you wake up in the morning. Watching web series till 2 a.m. might seem harmless, but it disrupts your sleep cycle and affects your overall well-being.
    Here's the challenge: for the next seven days, commit to a simple rule called "Digital Sunset." After sunset, refrain from staring at any digital screens-be it your mobile, laptop, computer, or TV-for even just one minute. Update your social media with #digitalsunset to let everyone know that you're digitally unavailable after sunset.
    By following this rule, you'll find yourself waking up energized and ready to tackle the day. Use the extra time gained from not using your phone for something productive. And if you think you'll miss out on something important, remember, there's nothing more important than your well-being.
    Furthermore, make the most of your evenings. If you're a student, dedicate time to study, or if you're a working individual, spend quality time with your family, cook dinner together, engage in relaxing activities like yoga or meditation, or simply take an evening stroll.
    Experts recommend sleeping from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., with a short nap of 30-45 minutes during the day. So, set your alarm for 9 p.m. to prepare for bed, ensuring you get the recommended hours of sleep.
    Change might seem daunting at first, but it's worth it. If you're not convinced, give it a try for just seven days.
