Hey hey listen! Before you comment or dislike... Realize that this video was uploaded before Dream's explanation stream! He does have some fair points and possibly excuses, but it doesn't proof he's safe or guilty. I think it leaves it undetermined, I'm sorry for having an uncommon opinion lmao. ALSO ALSO, I'm not condemning Dream for this at all. I know a lot of you don't care if it's staged, I don't really either, the video is just there for the sake of assessing to determine whether it is or not. Please don't hate on Dream... or me :>
@Kenadian precisely my analysis. I figure he stages them all with the others playing dumb and even helping him to pull of these "100000000 IQ PLAYS" that he practices all day.
Just classifying all people who don't think that dream scripted the manhunts are "stans" and then classifying all stans as bad is basically just labeling all dream fans who think he's good obsessive even if they just think he's good at the game.
@@ILuvJuul Yeah those are the stans and stans are toxic but many people call anyone who just likes dream or thinks he's good at the game is called a stan even though they just enjoy his content.
I'm not toxic,I just watch dreams content bro and I'm not a Stan dude like what the duck bro and I also kinda think he's vids are a bit staged but I'm not a hundred percent sure, maybe 30 percent sure
At first I thought this video was proving that his boat clutch was fake, but when you said it was staged that was much more believable. The manhunts are all about entertainment and a show of skill. Having that boat clutch in the manhunt contributed quite a bit to the entertainment of the video and i can see why they did it.
its most definetely fake anyways ngl. Its like this one time when dream was proved cheating in speedruns the odds are just too big for it to be real. Like this isnt some normal crafting speed. I know and am someone who is most definetely way better than dream at this game and it took me a lot of tries before making this clutch.,
@@vincent0-q7u I don't know how good you are at minecraft but even I can definitely tells that you are over confidence, plus dream was playing on a server, allowing him to have more time in the crafting table due to server lag. I believe Dream’s reaction after he performed the boat clutch was genuine. He probably practiced that boat clutch so many times off camera and the fact he was successfully able to do it on camera during the manhunt made Dream react the way he did.
@@gmemes192 Dream was already planning to craft a boat on top of the tower, which is why you see him place the crafting table. That’s why he had the leather boots in his hotbar, in order to free up space for when he would craft his boat. However, since he didn’t have enough time to craft the boat on top of the tower, he did it while falling down instead. It is a bit weird that the wood was next to his cursor, but it isn’t that far-fetched to say that it was just a coincidence.
@@gmemes192 I’m talking about the time he placed the crafting table right when he’s being knocked off my Sapnap. He forgot to craft a boat, but then remembered when it was too late.

Could you guys stop mass disliking this guy? He said it was his own opinion and that he didn't say it was fake. All of the points are pretty smart too. Just because he has quote on quote "dream luck" doesn't mean its literally impossible to not do that.
personally, i think at the very least dream was trying to find a moment where he could do it. he's a showman. and manhunts are a form of improv for him, with a few prepared performances he tries to find the opportunity for.
sapnap asked him later and he never talked abt it, so it wasn't him trying to find a moment, 100% staged (if it was him trying to find a moment, sapnap would have never known that he crafted it mid fall)
@@fire15aidenspencer72 alright let me explain it in baby language for you, i can tell by your channel that ur a youngling and shouldnt be on youtube, Dream, the one in the green, was on a very big tower, antfrost, decided to tower up along with sapnap but ant ran out of blocks, so he placed a crafting table, sapnap knocks dream off and he does the clutch, (awesome clutch no doubt) however, later in the raw footage sapnap asks how he crafted the boat midair, dream never talked about that, so staged? yes, if dream was trying to find a moment to do it, the hunters would not be aware that he is planning that clutch, if it was staged the hunters would be aware (ANT PLACES A CRAFTING TABLE FOR HIM) that he was trying to make a clutch, simple as that.
Another piece of evidence is that Dream didn't do anything to stop Sapnap from knocking him off. He clearly saw in a good 5 to 10 seconds before and knew what was going to happen. He could have easily just block clutched on to Sapnap or Antfrost's towers with his wood, bridged away and blocked them off, etc. Maybe I just play too much Bedwars but I think someone as good as him would be aware of many ways to escape.
As Dream said in the analysis video, he wanted to get his furnaces before getting off the tower, and believed furnaces would brake way faster than they actually do with a stone pick.
Or maybe Dream doesn't play bedwars all the time like you and doesn't have that fast of a reaction time, and this one is definitely true: he doesn't think like you. He's a different person. Extremely good chance that thought didn't even occur to him
when you said that sapnap asked dream how did he make a boat mid air sapnap said “how did you survive?” and dream said “i built a boat mid air” and everyone was confused.
Not to be a hater, but in the clip, Sapnap asks how dream survived and he specifically says that Dream didn't have time to craft a boat, implying that he already knew Dream wouldn't have a boat when he hit him off.
To add a little more information: 1. Antfrost might've placed a crafting table to see if he could craft any blocks and not bothered to pick it up since he was just going to die and respawn anyway. It is awfully convenient though (Also, I don't know why Sapnap couldn't have just given him some more blocks since Sapnap was bridging toward him anyway. It's possible that Sapnap didn't want to spare the blocks, but Antfrost couldn't have known that. Instead, he jumps off, leaving an exposed crafting table in a convenient position) 2. Sapnap bridges toward Antfrost before Antfrost says he ran out of blocks, so the only good reason for his bridging in the first place was to gain some tactical advantage that he apparently abandons. Maybe he wanted to be near Antfrost for some reason or another, but it's worth noting that had Sapnap had continued towering at the end of his bridge, then Dream would've been knocked away from rather than toward Antfrost's crafting table. 3. Dream says that he was just about to craft a boat, which explains why he places a crafting table right before being attacked and keeps his boots in his hotbar. I buy that. 4. Dream has said that he uses different audio reactions, which explains why the hunters react so flabbergasted when they should have no idea that Dream crafted mid-air. But why would substituted audio be in the uncut version? 5. Sapnap says "He didn't have a boat!" even there's no way for him to know this. Moreover, there's also no reason for him to so strongly believe that Dream didn't have a boat, because - He saw Dream's furnaces when towering up and then his iron chest plate, so Sapnap knows that Dream's had ample time to craft - Why would Dream just be doing nothing in the tower? - Dream's gotten down towers with boats before, and he has to get down at some point, so it seems likely that he would craft a boat. The most logical assumption for the hunters is just that Dream already had a boat, especially because that's what Dream clearly could've and _should've_ done. To be fair, it could be that Sapnap correctly assumed that Dream trying to place a crafting table meant that he didn't have a boat. If this audio is from another source, it still raises the same problem that it'd be very hard for the hunters to know that Dream doesn't have an item that he can and should easily obtain. 6. Dream crafts the boat in the reverse order he usually does. 7. Dream has admitted that the plug-ins he uses extend the crafting table exit range. Based on the footage, without that extension he would be nowhere close to pulling this clutch off. He claims that this modification is probably a leftover from some other scenario (maybe like a flying video?), but to me this seems _super_ suspicious since it's so ridiculously specific.
Sapnap just straight up wasting all those planks bridging just to go back to the original spot he blocked up is by far the most convincing of your points
Right?? Most explain it as him bridging over to give planks..but Ant (I think is the other guy they were bridging toward to help?) jumped off anyways so it was a waste! Why WASTE wood when your goal was literally to push dream off? You'd think he would of kept bridging up instead of wasting time and resources like that especially when they're always moving having not much time to resource gather.
@@cocacolaowo318 I think it's more that they knew he didn't have it when getting knocked off but still having when one falling, making it a very reasonable guess to have been made midair.

Dream wouldn’t normally predict to do exactly in the future but you see, dream pressed f5, which gave him a whole new perspective and it allowed him to plan every move for the future
It's really sad that even just giving his opinion with well backed up evidence, or at least reasons for having that opinion, still gets Kenadian so much hate. Love your stuff man, keep it up
Well, he puts CHEAT in red letters in his thumbnail with a title saying that he has Proof that it was fake, then, not only does he fail to provide any proof whatsoever (a bunch of circumstantial insinuations do not constitute proof of any kind, plus what he accuses Dream and his team of doing would be WAY harder to pull off so flawlessly in a manhunt than Dream just happening into this situation), he states in the video that he isn't trying to say that Dream cheated or that it's fake, just that it's staged. That's kind of a bull crap cop out statement considering what the title and the thumbnail say.... The title nor the thumbnail doesn't mention his "opinions", instead they both make a negative accusation that he then fails to backup in any way and then he even tries to backpedal from, as if saying in the video the exact opposite of what he wrote in the title/thumbnail somehow makes it all ok. Sorry, but this video is clickbaity and mean-spirited, and while he doesn't deserve hate ( nobody does), he does deserve criticism.
@@xtraspecialj you could easily pull off what dream did with not even 2 hours of prep. the trees he parkoured on were incredibly close to the village that they originally went to. dream could easily make a set seed, show them the trees they go to, and tell them where to generally build up, the rest is very simple knowing ahead of time what will happen on dreams part. he knows what inventory slot to place the wood planks in. also funnily enough it isnt shown in the video when he actually placed it there, it was a slot over in the previous clip, then it cut and it was in the perfect slot. this is beyond easy to fake and would barely take any prep. no i dont mean it was easy to pull off, but nor would it be easy to pull off on a whim, almost near impossibly and would require an INSANE amount of luck
@@natthabrkneqn ok i would love to see you do the exact thing dream did with 2 hours of practice. with 5 people chasing you and send me a recording if you cant do it just stop commenting on peoples videos
Well you see, Dream probably pressed F5. Pressing F5 gave him a whole new perspective. This new perspective let Dream know that he would have to craft a boat. But he didn't craft the boat before hand just in case F5 failed. But as we know, it never fails.
You know... Dream's content being staged wouldn't be a huge problem if it weren't for the fact that Dream DENIED faking his stuff for the longest time.
Ironically his content inspired actually non staged content. Usually the main difference is the introduction of twists to either help or hurt the speed runner/hunters. RUclipsrs who do the man hunt twist videos even did some legit vanilla runs, they do twists as it’s more fun and more original for views.
Tbh, I just like what he does, because scripted or not it still has to be pulled off and since I myself could never do this I just admire it. As for whether it's scripted or not is only on Dream's conscience
Scripted staged and fake are all different. Staged is something similar to professional sports, they are all in the perfect environment and things are set up like consistent lighting and predictable surface and ball (using basketball as an example). Such as in manhunt, the seeds are scouted by a separate person before hand, so we aren't left with a boring swim across an ocean because they spawned on an island. Scripted is more like, "This will be the outcome" But ironically, there isn't really a script, like the Dream SMP, or WWE. Faked is just like, if something wasn't perfect, they redo the entire shot, shots are set up similar to a studio, and each shot is strung together to make a timeline, cutting out moments such as adjusting positions etc. This would be similar to shooting a movie, everyone has a script they follow, and they string shots together.
@@Partially_Frozen agree with your definitions, just don't really understand what your point is, because it is well known that dream's videos are staged, someone goes looks through the seed and I think some drop chances are tweaked so that they wouldn't have to sit there trading or killing blazes for a year. If I recall, this video was concerned about the desert thingy and crafting table being in perfect location. So my point was that yes, you could see some suspicious acts here and there, but we don't know the full story, we don't see them stream manhunts and finally we don't know what's going on in their minds, so it can be scripted in a sense that dream might've talked about learning new tricks and it would be nice to display them. So the outcome might not be scripted, but some tricks might be. We just don't know and it's kind of pointless to guess and whether those tricks are scripted or not doesn't change the fact that they are still hard to pull off or look hella cool. Doubt his manhunts are fake as how you defined it, that they take clips from different runs and string them together. In the end, we don't know, these days it's easy to fake stuff and dream's content is under a magnifying glass because of the speed run scandal and people simply hating him, so any inconsistencies would've for sure been caught + it's not for world record, so they are free to stage/script/fake it as long as it makes an entertaining and interesting video. It's more interesting why this video thinks that it had evidence, evidence need to be conclusive and it wasn't there was a lot of speculation and discussions of possibilities of that happening. They don't have full story and their speculation is just that, so this video is at best just a click bait.
Another thing to note: Watch armegons video on this. There's no proof "he" did it without a macro. I'm not saying this trick is impossible because there are many people who can do it consistently. So my semi-proof of him macroing his boat is that he always crafts everything from right to left. You can see it in his streams and stuff. But this time he magically crafted the boat from left to right.
your claims do make sense, but we have seen a lot of dream's plays where he plans to do something way before itself, its almost unpredictable... he did make an explanation video for the boat clutch..
how can he make plans like this before hand. He doesnt know that ant is going to put a crafting table there and sapnap is going to hit him . obviously fake

He placed his crafting table right after being pushed off the platform, but he remember the crafting table that’s bellow him so he decides to use this one instead 3:30 , the hunters get paid if they kill dream in the first 20 minutes, so then they really want to kill dream.

2:56 dude, we all know (including the hunters) Dream would’ve used to boat to leave if he had one that’s why sapnap asked, not bc he faked it but bc he knew he would’ve left
1. Dream always puts his extra items on the top of his inventory to craft quickly as you can see there are also more stuff infront. 2. He tried to make a boat while sapnap just jumped he placed a crafting table 3. He play manhunt in realms instead of multiplayer servers and so it took some more milliseconds more than singleplayer or multiplayer.
Even if it was staged, he doesnt disagree or has said anything. But about the speedruns he strongly disagrees with self confidence. Im not a stan or some of that stuff, i actually dont even care im just saying probably. Guess we'll never know.
Dream has stated he has do overs of manhunts when the content isn't good. And that he pays the hunters for every kill, regardless of when that takes place.
You’re right that this is a rather unlikely scenario; the fact that Sapnap switched sides and attacked dream from the opposite side of Antfrost’s nerd pole is most suspicious. Sapnap losing both his diamond axe and pickaxe also looked kinda bad. However, there are a couple points in favor of Dream: 1. Dream spends what I assume are countless hours practicing for the manhunt, which includes surviving massive falls, quick-crafting, and probably also crafting a boat mid-air like he did in the manhunt. Therefore, it’s something he’s done before. 2. As he was falling, Dream tried to place a crafting table just as Sapnap hit him off. This suggests that Dream may not have intended to use Antfrost’s crafting table, and in that split second tried to make a boat before he fell but failed. 3. In turn, it’s feasible Dream saw the crafting table Antfrost made, crafted a boat mid-air like he’s practiced many times, and then survived the fall, specifically because his mind was already primed towards crafting a boat. I saw in a DreamTeam video that Dream practices MLG’s and quick-crafting with randomized inventories, so again it’s something feasible since he’s trained to do it. At that point, muscle memory would’ve taken over. 4. Finally, it’s my assumption that there’s probably at least a handful of takes where Dream loses, perhaps very quickly, and the ones he wins or almost wins are generally the luckiest. However, the more I think about it, I don’t quite understand why Dream had three total crafting tables; perhaps the original trick would be to build a crafting table midair on Antfrost’s nerd-pole and craft a boat, but Antfrost helped Dream (or, hilariously, Dream was supposed to fall on top of Antfrost’s nerd-pole but it was too far away). Going back to Dream being innocent, it’s also possible Dream pulled out the crafting table right before falling because he realized only then he had no way of getting down safely. I’m not trying to say whether or not it’s staged, just think it’s unknown. I could go either way.
Why Dream had 3 (he actually had 2) crafting tables??? I always make extra crafting tables when i'm messing around in survival because I know ill probably misplace one. it's perfectly logical for dream to get another (he actually just mined one that the hunters left outside the ravine
I remember when he tried to make a crafting table out of cobblestone before realising he didn't actually have any wood. It's a total brain fart moment. Look at Techno's vids, he always has so many crafting tables for no reason because he's just that absent minded. I don't think it was malicious, sometimes people make those mistakes.
Half the points are kind of weak, but I also think that moment was staged, or pre planned to happen. The wood in the perfect slot seals the deal to me.
1:36 He actually FORGOT to make a boat, and when he broke his crafting table, he realized he forgot to craft the boat, and he played Minecraft for years and knew how to craft fast, so he used AntFrost's placed crafting table to make a boat and land safely. He even made a video explaining how he did it, and, believe it or not, people have in fact done this trick, proving it real
Dream described his thought process (TL;DR he was planning to craft the boat and didn't realize how long furnaces took to mine, he tries to place the crafting table to do just this) in a live stream and I think timing it so perfectly would've been damn near impossible to do on purpose. That being said, I feel like the "how did you craft a boat" question is real hard to think of an alternative reason for.
@@jonathanli7828because it is part of the play. He can only do insane stuff, when everyone around knows what he is up to. Idk why sam didn't tower. But if all of them would have towered then nobody at bottom and easy escape for dream if he jumps as you saw they sapnap was still mining down the tower while other hunters follow dream That's the logical thing to do! About coincidence no5- 3:05 Sapnap said "dream may not have boat let's tower" it doesn't matter as he can craft it at any moment but I wanted to put that up so u can get the Sapnap's perspective!(13:27 - unedited version timestamp) Bad gave antfrost some of his WOOD (XD) thinking that was enough! 1:40 sapnap was trying to bridge towards antfrost but he ran out of blocks and jumped so sapnap went to his original tower! (14:12 in the unedited version)This is logical explanation I came up with! Even if they supposedly planned the whole event before why would sapnap bridge toward antfrost! He would just continue towering! He was already was in the right position with the antfrost according to the supposed plan! (Why look suspicious by doing that) About the Dream's part- Dream was not planning to craft boat until he saw sapnap tower above him dream was not expecting that early and was annoyed and said "oh my gosh" while breaking furnace he knew he was going to get knock off the platform! Then only he planned to craft the boat. So he broke the furnaces and then he equipped the boots so he has a free inventory space in his hotbar it's not a coincidence he equip those boots on purpose AS he was planning to craft the boat! So he placed the crafting table but sapnap knock him off that was dream's original plan to make boat there.. not on the Antfrost's tower. About coincidence no4- If u watch dream's stream you'd know that he is very specific about his inventory management he practice crafting stuff as fast as possible! He know were his items are and get to it as fast a possible! Of having wood in his inventory right next to center is not that surprising! Many people did it even if the planks were not close to the center! its not that hard. [EXTRA STUFF] If you think that clutch was EDITED then only read this part as its a long axe comment! XD (I watched his "0:25x video" at 0:25x speed) sorry I have no life! MY NOTES- (1) Dream when he crafted the boat the hearts were doing the regeneration thingy if you look closely... so crafting part is hard to edit and getting to time it perfectly. (2)If you think the boat clutch edited when he hit the ground- Notice the sapling it MOVES CONSTANTLY after dropping (sapling on the right which is floating on the grass btw) so it's position has not changed it remains 45° so even if dream is god at editing... waiting for micro seconds to get the sapling in the right position and film that again and again so that he can get it the boat clutch correct. Idk.. even if he edited that somehow dammn man that crazy! XD Again No hate!
He never said it was edited! He specifically said the clutch was real and cool. Just a few things about it were sketchy..Especially the atrocious bridging to get to dream (one was building all over the place just wasting blocks, that was obviously just to waste time probably because they aren't allowed to catch him so soon, if they were actually trying to catch him you'd assume they'd build way better! Plus one was building higher than needed to pounce on dreams platform which also gave dream time to escape). So parts of it seemed semi staged..maybe not staged in the way of "You'll do this this and this and i'll do this this insert detailed description of actions" but probably more of a "I'm planning a cool trick for this episode so when ever we do bridging leave a crafting table up for me to use on your bridging and try to buy me time building up slow"..aka very slightly staged but so little staged it didn't impact much.
@@testerwulf3357 I know the person in the video didn't say that it was edited that's why I added "only read if you think it's edited" as it'll be a waste of time if you don't. Extra stuff was just me pointing things out if you were interested. About the scripted part- Of course I can never say 100% that it was not planned or scripted. But I can just point things out as to why it can't be scripted. About the Sapnap towering above Dream was a good idea because he can knock him off easily plus you have a height advantage. And that worked because he did successfully knock him off the platform without getting any hits from the Dream at all. I went into details with each point because I like discussion about manhunts that's all. Again NO HATE to you or to the person who made this video.
He was in the middle of breaking the second furnace when SapNap knocked him off. As SapNap hit him twice, the first hit stopped him from breaking the furnace, then the 2nd knocked him off.
3:31 Technically speaking, this isn't true. Dream says that the Hunters get paid every time they kill him, so that they always play as best they can. However, if it doesn't make a good video, they restart. They may also restart if Dream dies half-way through anticlimactically, like fall damage or mobs.
The hunters can kill dream within the first 20 minutes. Because dream gives them an insentive to do so, I remember him saying that the hunters get paid every time they kill him and if he dies before the video is long enough they'll restart but the hunters will get a small bonus for killing him. Otherwise all of these points are good and I agree that the boat clutch was staged
1:36 if you watched dreams debunking of the 'staged' boat clutch, you would know that he forgot, then realised just before he fell, which is why he placed the crafting table. because he is on multiplayer server, he has more time to craft, and boat clutches aren't hard, AND, he is an experienced player so he knows how to craft quickly, and he wanted to craft a boat already, which makes it much easier
Dream even released the uncut version of the manhunt, meaning that if it WAS planned, they had to go through the entirety of the beginning of the manhunt before they got there, so they couldn't just retry easily
3:00 at that stamp, sapnap saw dream place a crafting table next to him as dream was falling so that’s when he assumed dream crafted the boat but obviously dream was falling away so he was wondering because of that
Of course these things were staged, my mans skipped five or six more practical solutions to arrive at a "crafted in midair boat clutch" Interestingly this follows the untested escape rooms formula. He worked towards an intended solution, skipping over everything else remitely logical or practical
Ok, when I saw a video with 'dream' and 'staged' in the title, I expected to hear a child's voice and a badly recorded, mindless hate banter but I was pleasantly surprised by an inteligent, respectful human who has an actual point. First I brushed every argument off as coincidence, fumbling under pressure or fast reflexes but Sapnap asking how Dream crafted the boat made me think hard and I think I'm convinced. I can't find a logical way to explain it. But big Dream fans don't wanna have their world crumble underneath them by realizing their idol might have faked the content which is understandable but it turns into toxicity, hate and denial.
I still like Dream and watch his manhunt videos, but I wouldn’t defend the speedrun where he actually cheated. The difference with the manhunts is that he didn’t cheat.
@@CrispyBaconYT555 when you say 'actually cheated' it sounds like you think that he only cheated that one time. Watch the video under which this comment is posted. 3:31 yes this is true but dream has said that if the hunters kill them in the first 20 minutes they are paid money, encouraging them. he has said this like 3 times now.
Another thing someone else said was that every single time Dream has crafted a boat in every video before this one, he crafted it from right to left. This is the first and only time he has ever crafted a boat that was not normal from his muscle memory. when you are in a stressful situation exactly like dream was in, HUMAN instinct is to go straight to muscle memory and go with what youve always done. He did not. It was then thought up en masse he used a macro to craft the boat. but all of the dream fans will say he isnt human so thats why he did it the other way lmao. anyways this is what i think too. your video brings a lot of interesting points too though
This legitimately makes sense. Staged or not, it was still impressive. You forgot one thing tho... He used *F5. You see, using F5 gave him a whole new perspective to find a switch to control the hunters brains.*
Yeah sorry to tell everyone but I feel like its a bit too good to be true, it was all planned + dream probably used a macro key for the boat crafting. I literally looked like TAS. Cmon now.
I might be able to explain 1 of the parts... The part where instead sapnap going to antfrost, he goes to dream. The reason might be because sapnap thought that if he went to ant, he would've just wasted his time as dream would have extra time to make a boat and escape while sapnap is helping ant, so i think that part was actually just sapnap thinking. This is my opinion + i didn't watch the part yet so i may be wrong with this...
Ya you are right...why would sapnap bridge if they supposedly preplanned this whole event beforehand. Sapnap was in the right position to antfrost according to the supposed plan.....Why would he bridge just to look suspicious. And as antfrost jumped off for the reset sapnap went to his original tower! Sapnap was going to antfrost!
Well, some people and some streamers have already said he was planning on doing the clutch. I mean technically it isn't cheating and also the chance of him actually being able to do this clutch is like one in a million. So him being able to do it is insane.
Listen it's not that he is thinking to do the clutch it already has been planned before the manhunt I think it's scripted because if sapnap went to the right and pushed dream it wouldn't go to anfrost's crafting table and wouldn't be able to clutch Basically if sapnap went to the right and pushed dream dream would go left and keep in mind anfrost's crafting table is right so that's why I think it's scripted It's like sapnap wants dream to go to anfrost's crafting table
@@bobydocky9641 there's a chance that might be the case but sapnap was bridging to the right side so sapnap went to the right he would knock dream to the left and ant's crafting table was on the left side also when sapnap was bringing he for sure had seen ant's crafting table
@@karimhatem1265 I’m entirely confused as to what you were trying to say but even assuming the crafting table was spotted and even knowing how good dream is I don’t think sapnap would have considered it important because who in their right mind crafts a boat mid air.
@@bobydocky9641 basically sapnap was going right until he saw ant's table to he went left to push dream to anfrost's crafting table so dream can be able to do the clutch
Alright, while I think this was decently put together I still need to point out some flaws in your evidence. 1. The reason only 2 people nerd pole up to him is that there are still 2 people on the ground cooking food, gathering wood, and being ready for Dream to try and get down. If only 1 person stayed down there and Dream jumped down he could probably kill them and steal all of the food they had cooking giving Dream a major advantage. 2. Yes you totally would use all the blocks you have, people are stubborn and the odds of AntFrost placing every block he has are more than likely. It's not weird at all to do so. 3. It is kind of suspicious that Dream doesn't craft a boat in that situation, but in his current scenario every block counts. There are some spots with water down below, but he would still need to build over to them. Boat clutches can go wrong and water is a much safer option, so it's possible he had been planning to go for the water but overestimated how much time he had left before Sapnap reached him, and his original plan had caused him to not want to craft a boat until he knew that his plan was a no go. 4. The reason that Sapnap started bridging to the right was to join up with AntFrost. In the uncut version you can clearly hear him say after AntFrost says he doesn't have any blocks "K I'm coming" and then Ant decides to jump down, so Sapnap realizing that continuing to go over the Ants spot is a waste of time and blocks returns to his original poles spot. As for the Leather Boots, any sane Minecraft player wants to have an open inventory slot, and Dream is in fact a sane person. We've seen multiple times that a free inventory slot is important for a lot of things, such as when Dream dropped his sword mid fall to mount a horse before he hit the ground. It's not at all suspicious for Dream to just want an open spot in his hot bar. 5. Dream specifically practices random inventory crafting, being able to identify the block he needs in his inventory no matter where it is. In his explanation video for the Boat Clutch he shows footage of him doing this training and he's very good at it, also, the plan Dream may have had was to craft the boat when Sapnap got to him, as he tries to place a crafting table down after realizing he has no boat. Why would he place the crafting table down if the plan is to craft the boat in the one AntFrost placed, and why would he break his crafting table and then try to place one later? It's because he was panicking, picking up everything that he needed on the pole and then realizing he didn't have a boat and needed the crafting table back down. 6. You both took what Sapnap said out of order and worded it badly. Sapnap first asks Dream how he lived, and Dream says "I crafted a boat, I was falling and I crafted a boat." and so Sapnap answered saying "I hit you before you had time to craft." Sapnap did not know beforehand that Dream didn't have a boat, he was taking in the information Dream had literally just given him and assumed Dream meant he crafted the boat in the crafting table he had placed right next to him as he was knocking him off. 7. Using this unspoken rule as evidence doesn't really apply to the situation or prove that it was staged, because the reason this rule exists is because the Hunters do sometimes kill Dream before they can make an interesting video out of it, the Hunters have to constantly be pressuring Dream and letting off that pressure gives him a huge advantage. If that pressure ends up killing Dream then that's that, they still can't ever let up the pressure if they know Dream is about to die in the early stages because doing so gives him room to maneuver that they can't let him have. The rule isn't "We CAN'T kill Dream in the first 20 minutes." it's "If we do kill Dream in the first 20 minutes we start over."
1 If you ran out of blocks why would you place a crafting table ? if I were Antfrost I would jump of WITH the crafting table in my inventory so i could have it after i respawn and make more blocks 2 Assuming this wasnt staged and dream didnt knew what was coming he has to be a reflex god to think about making a boat and clutching it in less than a second As a medical student these reflexes are godlike and dreams easily has the best reflexes in the world 3 If i were dream in the situation where he was being chased and decided to bridge i would make it near a water source as I didnt had a water bucket also dream not making the boat was wayy to suspicious i mean as if he knew that he was going to pull of the boat clutch.
@@ameykadam5195 1. Keeping a crafting table isn't really that vital, it's literally just one wood log and Ant isn't under as much pressure as Dream. 2. He was already thinking about making about as Sapnap was hitting him off. It's why he was placing down a crafting table as he was getting knocked off. He just had to react to SEEING the crafting table, and his muscle memory kicked in, muscle memory developed from hours of quick randomized inventory crafting. 3. If he had towered close to a water source the hunters could have very well blocked it off so that he couldn't use it. Also, he was trying to get as much height as possible before he towered which is why he went on a tree rather than risk going to a water source first.
@@ameykadam5195 You simply can’t accept the fact that there is someone who can do something like that, and that you maybe can’t. I don’t watch dream, and this was in my recommended, but anyone would know that dream is the world record minecraft speedrunner for a reason. If he’s playing a literal game of manhunt, why would that be staged? If he had staged this video, then other videos could have been staged, but there is NO evidence for any other videos being staged.
There’s no way that people are actually shocked by this right? Dream literally stages every manhunt video… if you have eyes and a functioning brain it’s obvious
I completely agree. Dream's manhunts are staged. There's no doubt about that. There's no reason to hold on to the hope that they are 100% improv. Think of it like the office. The actors are free to say pretty much whatever they want and drive the story however they want, but the main storyline is preselected, and pivotal moments are scripted. This doesn't really make it much less interesting to watch. The feats that are pulled off are still very impressive, but they are definitely planned out.
well if he’s gonna upload the uncut version to go with it, he’s gonna need a good reaction time to do the clutch. otherwise, he and the team will have to redo everything before the boat clutch.
The boat clutch is the easy Part. Even if it was staged (which is prob. isn't cuz dream made a stream talking about this). Crafting that fast is extremely hard. And boat cluches he can do 98/100 times...
For the people saying I don't care if it's staged, your still giving MC's supposedly best player ( because he stages stuff { if you want to admit it }) millions of dollars in youtube revenue.
How to find dream stans: sort comments by newest first Edit: also I love the few people who are knocking some sense into the 7 year old dream stans with me thanks
These is my thoughts, I think he didn’t equip the leather boots at first because the furnace would go into his 5th slot so he didn’t use it yet for a free slot and it is still pretty amazing how he still crafted and boat clutched in my opinion.
dream knew the wood were at the center and he planned it like he wouldnt tower up if he didnt have a plan he knew he had wood cuz he opened his inventory like 45 seconds before the clutch
@JOSH DALBHANJAN but what blocks could he craft I mean already got rid of all his wood and there aren't any other blocks that he could craft at that point
@JOSH DALBHANJAN the clutch isn't staged its probably setup because again why would ant need two place a crafting table, it just doesn't seem like aa logical move and ant is normally pretty smart when comes to strategy like when he got the prot iv iron armor for them
My attempt at debunking this: 3:46 - cmon we all know antfrost is trash, and maybe he had string and couls craft it into wool, but didnt know the recipe and just placed a crafting table to not waste time 3:51 - maybe sapnap was tryin to sneak attack or smth because dream obv saw sapnap 3:55 you can clearly see dream panicing while trying to place a crafting table to make a boat, and he was probably just waiting to put on the boots until he checked the furnaces 4:01 - thats what happens when you shift click an item in yiur inventory 4:10 - sapnap literally didnt, he just hit him hoping that he didnt have one Now i am not saying this video is bad, i am just listing some possibilities and i understand man hunts are purely for entertainment.
None of this explains how Sapnap knew Dream didn't have a boat. The natural assumption here was that Dream did a normal boat clutch, not that he crafted mid air. Why would Sapnap assume Dream crafted mid-air instead of already having a boat in his inventory? It makes no sense unless the whole sequence was planned out.
I just want to point out the fact that as dream clutches everybody goes WILD, as if they knew that dream crafted it mid-air! After him doing all these crazy clutches, and them "not knowing" that he crafted the boat in the air, why would they be so shocked and surprised?

personally, i think at the very least dream was trying to find a moment where he could do it. he's a showman. and manhunts are a form of improv for him, with a few prepared performances he tries to find the opportunity for.
sapnap asked him later and he never talked abt it, so it wasn't him trying to find a moment, 100% staged (if it was him trying to find a moment, sapnap would have never known that he crafted it mid fall)
@Eli snapper I'm not sure you know what definitive proof is
Dream does prepare for clutches you can see that in manhuts
Not all clutches are prepared though a lot are just luck
He probably knew he didn't have a way to clutch down and was trying to place the crafting table and click it in order to craft one.
Or maybe Dream doesn't play bedwars all the time like you and doesn't have that fast of a reaction time, and this one is definitely true: he doesn't think like you. He's a different person. Extremely good chance that thought didn't even occur to him
@projectpatientanarchy7550 "not good reaction time" and yet he has the definite skill to pull this off.... it is staged. Face the facts.

To add a little more information:
1. Instead, he jumps off, leaving an exposed crafting table in a convenient position)
Moreover, there's also no reason for him to so strongly believe that Dream didn't have a boat, because
- He saw Dream's furnaces when towering up and then his iron chest plate, so Sapnap knows that Dream's had ample time to craft
- Why would Dream just be doing nothing in the tower?

2. He tried to make a boat while sapnap just jumped he placed a crafting table
However, there are a couple points in favor of Dream:

He actually FORGOT to make a boat, and when he broke his crafting table, he realized he forgot to craft the boat, and he played Minecraft for years and knew how to craft fast, so he used AntFrost's placed crafting table to make a boat and land safely. He even made a video explaining how he did it, and, believe it or not, people have in fact done this trick, proving it real
It's not about how he played minecraft for years it's about how fast his reaction is to craft it.
And seriously why did sapnap use all the blocks then turn
Dream described his thought process (TL;DR he was planning to craft the boat and didn't realize how long furnaces took to mine, he tries to place the crafting table to do just this) in a live stream and I think timing it so perfectly would've been damn near impossible to do on purpose. That being said, I feel like the "how did you craft a boat" question is real hard to think of an alternative reason for.
That’s what truly gives it away, the leading questions were way too obvious.

3:05 Sapnap said "dream may not have boat let's tower" it doesn't matter as he can craft it at any moment but I wanted to put that up so u can get the Sapnap's perspective!(13:27 - unedited version timestamp)
Bad gave antfrost some of his WOOD (XD) thinking that was enough!
(Why look suspicious by doing that)
About the Dream's part-
Dream was not planning to craft boat until he saw sapnap tower above him dream was not expecting that early and was annoyed and said "oh my gosh" while breaking furnace he knew he was going to get knock off the platform!
About coincidence no4-
If u watch dream's stream you'd know that he is very specific about his inventory management he practice crafting stuff as fast as possible! He know were his items are and get to it as fast a possible! Of having wood in his inventory right next to center is not that surprising!
Many people did it even if the planks were not close to the center! its not that hard.
[EXTRA STUFF]
If you think that clutch was EDITED then only read this part as its a long axe comment! XD
(I watched his "0:25x video" at 0:25x speed) sorry I have no life!
MY NOTES-
(1) Dream when he crafted the boat the hearts were doing the regeneration thingy if you look closely... so crafting part is hard to edit and getting to time it perfectly.
XD
Again No hate!
thank you someone who sees what i see
thankyou
He could just used a mod for the boat thing

I might be able to explain 1 of the parts... The part where instead sapnap going to antfrost, he goes to dream.
Listen it's not that he is thinking to do the clutch it already has been planned before the manhunt

Here come the dream stans with pitchforks and torches
More people need to see this
1 If you ran out of blocks why would you place a crafting table ? if I were Antfrost I would jump of WITH the crafting table in my inventory so i could have it after i respawn and make more blocks
2 Assuming this wasnt staged and dream didnt knew what was coming he has to be a reflex god to think about making a boat and clutching it in less than a second As a medical student these reflexes are godlike and dreams easily has the best reflexes in the world
3 If i were dream in the situation where he was being chased and decided to bridge i would make it near a water source as I didnt had a water bucket also dream not making the boat was wayy to suspicious i mean as if he knew that he was going to pull of the boat clutch.
He's still a fraud and a cheater. All his manhunts are staged to some extent.
The feats that are pulled off are still very impressive, but they are definitely planned out.
this is the best explanation of this i’ve seen lol
even if it was staged, you gotta admit you need good reaction time to be boat clutching
if it's staged, why would he need a good reaction time ?
well if he’s gonna upload the uncut version to go with it, he’s gonna need a good reaction time to do the clutch. otherwise, he and the team will have to redo everything before the boat clutch.
The boat clutch is the easy Part. Even if it was staged (which is prob. isn't cuz dream made a stream talking about this). Crafting that fast is extremely hard. And boat cluches he can do 98/100 times...
The full stream:ruclips.net/video/hZd_sGE675k/видео.html
Only the boat cluch part: ruclips.net/video/EP1cTg2NCFw/видео.html
For the people saying I don't care if it's staged, your still giving MC's supposedly best player ( because he stages stuff { if you want to admit it }) millions of dollars in youtube revenue.
How to find dream stans: sort comments by newest first
Edit: also I love the few people who are knocking some sense into the 7 year old dream stans with me thanks
These is my thoughts, I think he didn’t equip the leather boots at first because the furnace would go into his 5th slot so he didn’t use it yet for a free slot and it is still pretty amazing how he still crafted and boat clutched in my opinion.
4:13 My guy, that's what we call Dream Luck
dream knew the wood were at the center and he planned it like he wouldnt tower up if he didnt have a plan he knew he had wood cuz he opened his inventory like 45 seconds before the clutch
But why did ant place a crafting table?
@JOSH DALBHANJAN so why did he give up on that bridge and why did he place a crafting table how would that help him?
@JOSH DALBHANJAN but what blocks could he craft I mean already got rid of all his wood and there aren't any other blocks that he could craft at that point
@JOSH DALBHANJAN the clutch isn't staged its probably setup because again why would ant need two place a crafting table, it just doesn't seem like aa logical move and ant is normally pretty smart when comes to strategy like when he got the prot iv iron armor for them
@JOSH DALBHANJAN But you don't need a crafting table for wool its just 4 string and sorry for not being a native English speaker
I personally don’t belive that the clutch was staged but I do think that you have some pretty valid points. Love the video keep it up. 👍
80% people in the comment never even bothered to watch the video lol

My attempt at debunking this:
3:46 - cmon we all know antfrost is trash, and maybe he had string and couls craft it into wool, but didnt know the recipe and just placed a crafting table to not waste time
3:51 - maybe sapnap was tryin to sneak attack or smth because dream obv saw sapnap
3:55 you can clearly see dream panicing while trying to place a crafting table to make a boat, and he was probably just waiting to put on the boots until he checked the furnaces
4:01 - thats what happens when you shift click an item in yiur inventory
4:10 - sapnap literally didnt, he just hit him hoping that he didnt have one
Now i am not saying this video is bad, i am just listing some possibilities and i understand man hunts are purely for entertainment.
Too many maybes, I don’t wanna see another 1/7.5 trillion
I just want to point out the fact that as dream clutches everybody goes WILD, as if they knew that dream crafted it mid-air! After him doing all these crazy clutches, and them "not knowing" that he crafted the boat in the air, why would they be so shocked and surprised?
No they actually didn’t go wild, they were actually confused on why he was on the ground
