- Our favorite holiday cookie! We grew up with our moms and grandmoms baking tons of Christmas cookies, and today we keep the tradition alive!
Russian Tea Cakes
1 cup room temp butter
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup chopped pecans

Bake at 400 degrees for 8-9 minutes.
