Hi Stu, Catching up on this video series of your top 1O most expensive notes part 2. You certainly have a great collection of notes there. Got to watch part 3 now. Take care.🙏 Bill 😎👍
Thanks for the viewing, because of your channel, I now buy currency along with coins. Just purchased a 1896 one dollar educational note, paid 161.00 and is in really bad condition, but I have one, that is what counts.
@@yackaquacker7992 They changed the law requiring notes to be printed in order. It’s no longer listed that way on new straps. The purpose of star notes was to replace errors to keep the rest of the notes in order. If they don’t need to do that anymore, what would be the purpose of Star notes? Why go through all of the extra expense? They say they are currently still printing them but they don’t list for what purpose.

How can I find the value of my graded note I have a 1966 Red seal hundred dollar bill graded at a very fine 30
@@artease7507 The book Paper Money of the United States says a 20 is $185 and a 40 is $225. You are in the middle.
@@Stuplubakcurrency Thanks it helped a lot I found some selling on EBay for around 275$-300$
The book is just a guide. The new book is due out this month. I think these are very undervalued. I’m sure they will be going up!
¿Do R notes with stars exist? what about S notes with stars?
@@yackaquacker7992 They made 12,000 of each. They start at $1000. I have never seen one.
@@Stuplubakcurrency ¿Do you really know for sure that star notes will go away forever, or is it just an experiment?
