+III Batwoman III School isn't the answer for a lot of people. School wasn't for Lilly. School isn't a necessity for success. But of course, that depends on what career goal you have in store. In the terms of entertainment or entrepreneur career-wise goals, school isn't a high recommendation. RUclips was Lily's outlet to success. She didn't have to attend any school to learn how to entertain people. School doesn't teach intuition, it teaches you how to be a slave for a company. In order to move up in ranks within a company is to be creative and intuitive. School doesn't teach students who aspire in business to move up in ranks. School teaches kids how to be smart enough to land their *first job*. Afterwards, it's on the graduate to improve his skill sets to rise up the rankings of their first job.

Which is nothing but basics that high level rich people would consider to be nothing but a "rolling start". A 4.0 GPA Harvard student majoring in business administration wouldn't know the first thing about taking a business to high level. Most businesses are failing for a reason. Political reasons and our flawed school system.

It's as if anyone else who ISN'T FAMOUS is not doing something according to her standards. She only gets really excited when she sees celebrities as if they validate her existence. I'm sure her friends in Toronto are probably working towards goals and dreams to which aren't in the public eye. It's unfair to put certain people on a pedestal just because they're "famous".

I don't think she meant that, I feel that you're exaggerating her words to get out a different conclusion.
When we're in a comfortable environment we don't push or challenge our limits. When she'll be in a new environment in the company of new people she'll meet people with new ideas and opinions. It'll make her think differently, which i not so now maybe because she's been living in Toronto for a very long time.
I read somewhere: "life begins at the end of your comfort zone."
And I feel she puts the right people on the pedestal.
If you still think the same, then I'll keep my opinion and you keep yours. :)

That whole dialogue about who gave you the hickey was hilarious. It seemed like one of those rambles you have when you're sleepy or jet lagged but it was just so cute. haha
I don't have idols. But I do have certain people I admire. Lilly Singh is one of them. I've never seen someone embody perseverance as much as she does. The amount of will power she has is insane. I can only hope to be as focused and determined as her one day. She makes me feel as if my dreams are closer than I think. Wow.

I've watched your videos for the longest time and I've seen you grow so much. It makes me happy seeing you be so successful and working hard and achieving all of your dreams. I've been struggling for a long time with personal issues that tend to drag me down and put me in a not so enjoyable "dark" (for lack of a better word) place, but whenever I really need some inspiration, a pick me up, or even something as simple as a smile I tend to come to your vlogging channel. The past couple of days have been extra hard on me so I've been watching some of your vlogs and it just puts me in a better mind set and it helps me remember that things will get better one day and it's totally possible for me to achieve everything that I want.
