T Nut Installation for sketch easels

Here is the correct way to install a T-nut for a sketch easel or anything else you want to attach to a tripod via the tripod quick-plate. I've seen some pics and videos of fellow sketch easel builders get this part wrong. I hope this helps!

So the wrong way is to put it on the wrong side, is that what you mean?

yes, its meant to be trapped inside the attached panel
