Thank you! I shall pick the broccoli 🥦. I was waiting for them to look like they do in a shop but it never happened and I guess I’ve waited too long now 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️. It’s all a learning curve 😊

I love growing kohlrabi. I like to make a simple kind of coleslaw with it. Thinly sliced kohlrabi, apple, carrot, coriander or parsley, then maybe a mustard or lemon dressing. Could put seeds/nuts or anything you like in it. The leaves are great in a stir fry.

It's great fun to grow isn't it? I hadn't thought of using it in coleslaw, thanks for the suggestions. I had heard that the leaves are good for stir fry as well.

    Hallo,
what beautiful Kohlrabi you have. I have stopped growing them: they often split because of our changeable weather and got eaten/nibbled on by slugs. Where I live, it's a staple and I can get them easily, in much better quality from the market.
We love to peel the bulb and eat it in thin slices raw with cream cheese and herbs and I use the leaves to make into a creamy green soup.
    Enjoy!

Hello, My slugs didn't like the kohl rabi too much thankfully! They prefer everything else that i'm growing instead. Thats really good that you can get them at good quality from a market. I did try a piece raw but wasn't a fan.:)
