I like this naram khichdi. My mother in law favorite. It’s our comfort food.
I tried this and it was amazing. I also added a sachet of Maggie masala and 2 table spoons of tomato sauce, and followed the recipe as it is, for salan. Aaloo pyaz ka salan was amazing.
Kichdi main agar ap butter ki jagah ghee main zeera garam krk tardka den tou aur bhi zyada maze ki banti hai.

Mashalla we also eat khichri and whenever khichri is left over we make ghost ka salan add porridge and khichri.
