Tenant's Rights at City Hall

Councilmembers Hugo Soto-Martinez and Eunisses Hernandez, community partners, and Angelenos gathered at City Hall in support of an update to the Los Angeles Rent Stabilization Ordinance to keep tenants in their homes. A report released by the LA City Housing Authority in May outlines the need to revise the Rent Stabilization Ordinance, which hasn't been updated in over 40 years and is crucial to help keep renters in their homes.
