Depends on your foot. I have a wide foot and can tell you that true to size is a NO GO! I’ve went up half a size and that feels decent.. Hmmmmm that’s a good question ...I honestly think they’re in a category all their own. I mean the midsole makes for a more solid comfort so if you’re into the bounce that boost provides then this is not it. Also the rubber cage and narrow toe box make for a tight fit in opinion.

I go with a size 9.5 which is technically a half size up for me. I will say in the wave runner there is a slight heel slippage but I also tried a size 9 and that is a NO GO! The 9 was soooooo tight!
