You should pour the gravy on top of the rice and then mix it and eat it
just a suggestion when you eat Naan with some kind of curry or chicken don't just dip in it you have to scoop for maximum taste

Pita u didn't add raita to biryani (the yogurt based sauce u dipped ur samosa in). We eat biryani with raita and onions and I kidd you not it's so good. Biryani is one of the most fav Pakistani food. Also you're supposed to eat Gajar Halwa when it's atleast little hot cuz we usually eat it in winters and this is our comfort food in winters.
You need to try
1. Aloo paratha (potato bread)
2. Niharii with plane naan
3. Haleem with butter naan
4. SHAHI TUKRA (dessert)
5. Rooh Afza ( drink)
6. Qeema roll (beef roll)

That's true. Both are similar but they taste different. You can have the same dish from both places but you can tell tell which one is which from the taste.

There is so much variety in Pakistani Cuisine. Normally with curries you eat the naan. With Biryani you have a little bit of raita that too not in the first morsel. There is Nihari, Haleem, Paayeh, Mutton and Chicken Karahi and so much more. You have to know what combination you should have.
OMG! You just made my mouth water lol. Homemade haleem is the best. I can eat a bowl full of that on its own with just a spoon. Same with Nihari.
pita if u dip the naan into the chicken inta far far better than eating the garlic naan singly pls try it and secondly the desert to eat carrot pudding which is called halwa is far more yummy if its hot not cold and thirdly u can also eat the rice with chicken by mixing these 2 it will taste like heaven

@@MT-wp9su I’m Punjabi so I think both Indian and Pakistani food is great own there own way. There’s a lot of similarities in Indian & Pakistani food.
@@glambyjazz there are some similarities particular amoung punjabis, but punjabis make 40% of pakistan while 2% of india. overall pakistani food is different with more meat, less chilli some saltish dishes while indian is more vegetarian based. both are good in thier way of course but personally i would prefer pakistani food

Bro you are supposed to have naan with those kebabs and chicken and gravy and not on its own. Pakistani food has a lot of flavour you either eat those gravies with rice or bread of some kind(naan in your case), this way the spices and flavors get balanced

Food like that deserves a setting on a beautifully set dinner table laid out in beautiful serving dishes and dinnerware. Start with Samosa, followed by Naan and Chicken curry(we scoop the curry with a piece of naan for every bite) , Biryani with Raita and lastly Gaaajar ka halwa (drag the Ga to Gaaa and you’ll get the pronunciation correct) and have it with a dollop of vanilla ice cream! (That’s our wedding desert) Sweet lassi is good but try mint lemonade as well. Pairs well with the samosa and biryani. Best of all, food is always eaten with family and friends. It brings about blessings and togetherness ❤

Lassi is basically yogurt drink. U can add little water sugar and yogurt in your mixer and make sweet lassi add some ice too. Garlic naan or any naan can be eaten with any kind of curry and barbecue etc.

As a Pakistani American, I also relate to the lunch embarrassment at school 😭 but now that I’m in college, there’s no worries because I’m with adults. And yes to these whites, our foods smell weird because we use unique spices (sorry we don’t eat unseasoned food 😂). But yes, the moral of the story: never be ashamed of your culture. Culture is what brings people together, and whoever makes fun of another culture is just ignorant.
As a Pakistani, it was so cool watching you eat and enjoy Pakistani food. ❤ Just a few takeaways for an even better experience next time.. you should try adding the raita (white yogurt sauce) on top of the rice/biryani. It really brings out the flavour better. And for the tawa chicken/handi or really any gravy/chicken/lentil dish you get.. eat it with the naan/roti by making a bite of everything included.. the chicken/veggies/gravy. That’s how Pakistanis eat to get maximum flavour! Enjoy. :)
