HOW DOES A SONG BECOME BETA IN JUST DANCE?

A question that people have had for years in the community, and that is still dragged on today with false rumors, is why is a Just Dance song discarded? An entire song goes into beta simply because Ubisoft wants it to? With that in mind, I'm going to raise some points as to why this happens based on copyright laws.
