The separation of different polar analytes is dictated by the choice of HILIC stationary phase. The method development procedure we presented in the video is an universal approach for any regular silica-based column. As this type of column is not stable under high pH, we do not recommend to use basic buffer for the mobile phases. Again, selecting a suitable HILIC stationary phase and work on the pH range from 2-7 is the key for method development.
What an awesome and super simple preparation of how this works. Thank you!
You're very welcome!
What type of mobile phase and stationary phase are used for separation of microbial metabolites from environmental sample??
thank you sire, easy and understandable
You are welcome!
Dear sir
What the impact of dibasic or monobasic buffer on seperation ...and column care

I want method development activity in hilic .
I want highly non polar column method development
