Thanks so much for these tips .. and the closeup angled camera was very helpful for viewing. I mainly strum and do a little flat picking of arpeggios, which adds a bit of flavor to my playing, but I really want to learn Travis picking. Travis picking really brings the music to life. I was hoping I would find a video of what practice exercises could be used to build up my muscle memory for Travis picking and your suggestions at the end of the video were extremely helpful. Thanks and have a GREAT weekend!
Hey everyone! Go to the Guitar Notes @ Notions main page to the “live” tab so you can add a notification for the live stream. Also, helps to hit the 👍🏻 button on the stream in advance so more people will get notified in their feed - it helps the channel a lot. We all had fun last time, so it would be neat to see you come back again.
Cindy, I’m wondering if that pick holder company still exists. I tried several spellings, and all I got was non-active websites and a grabber extension product to help people pick items up, lol. Can you either provide the link or tell us the spelling - or maybe ask the person where they got it, if it wasn’t too long ago? It’s actually really handy looking, and I’d love to check it out being that I’m always trying new picks. I have little boxes, but that would make them easier to grab and not lose when I accidentally set a pick down on my bed where I play and inevitably can’t find it, lol. 😂 Tyvm!
I have seen them advertised for years but never had the opportunity to play one. Way back 😀 they were modifying brand name guitars to make them more playable. They claim to have an awesome setup. Now it looks like they have there own guitar. They are a bit pricey unless you buy one used. Check out MacKenzie and Marr too. Less expensive but wonderful. ❤️

Also, have you tried the NS Pro D’addario capo? It also has highly adjustable tension just the same as the one you have, but it’s extremely low profile. Nothing sticks out in either direction. I highly recommend it- I’ve had mine for 4.5 years, and it’s still going strong! I also have a smaller one for ukulele. They are great capos!
I can't find the website but I found it on Amazon. Put HHUXIUE pick holder In Amazon search engine. Also I have not tried the pro ns capos. They look like the G7 only cheaper. Thanks for the tip
Try some Yerba Mate. That cup is as big as your guitar! Lol! There's There's capo that has a roller on it so you can roll it to any key you want. Hopefully I can see the live cause we have dinner at 6:30...
A favorite cup🤣 I have owned the roller capo. They are nice but watch your eyes when securing the spring latch. On the live. I will post it after as well Thanks😀
Relaxing.
So glad. Thanks😀

Perhaps you might find something similar on Etsy or have one handmade by someone??
Thank you Cindy, that capo looks interesting. I use a shubb because when I started taking up guitar someone told me to get it. I like just fine tho.
Have you ever played a Zager guitar? I was wondering about them, and I would like to see your review of them. I trust your reviews.
