Video Idea: This is pretty simple, but quite hard. Sneak up on other players' cars and place a sticky bomb on them. Once you feel like you have gotten enough people, detonate them all at once. I don't know if you can do multiple bombs at once, but if you can't, bait them into one place (i.e. car meet, impromptu race, etc.) and then do it.
