Believe it or not I have only flown it twice since the videos. I disconnected the tail to feel it and it's still a bit tight. But it didn't seem to affect the flight performance at all. Thanks!
On the tail pitch control arms, the brass bushings and housing that they fit into need to be cleaned very well, to allow the plastic arms to rotate around the bushings. I spent 2 hours trying to analyze the function of the bushings. Once the bolts are snugged, the bushings are locked, therefore the plastic arms need to swivel around the brass bushing.
thanks for the video, pretty much eliminated any surprises when I built mine. Unlike other Align kits, the tail rotor pushrod metal sleeve is too small to clamp securely on the boom pushrod support clamp. Did I miss something or do you glue the metal tube to the pushrod centered in the boom pushrod support clamp?
Yeah, that's pretty much how it's done on all the Align kits I've built. Just kind of get it where you like it then a little CA glue to hold it there. I don't think it's too fussy.
Thank you! I can’t tell you how many videos I’ve paused to see if I had a clamp that wasn’t right or I missed a bushing..On my 700X the clamp holds the bushing in place. I appreciate the help.
Great video buddy !
Nice video, good info.. I have a 600pro and a 700x but I want this bird to add to my collection
Coming along nicely, it's going to be awesome when finish.
Easy and fast build, real nice kit
Great to see it coming together nicely.
How is the tail after few flights?
I am building a TB70, my tail is also a little bit hard to move.

May I ask why didn't you use a Swashplate Leveler??
I did all that off camera. Sorry
