my guy - Shopping malls in Vietnam definitely close by 10pm including in Ho Chi Minh City. only Street food is open late, even restaurants and coffee shops close by 10.
This is where I am planning to retire next year.................. 2 Bedroom apartment on the beach will do me just fine
