Exactly 💯 correct! Because of COVID-19 & losing my job; I've been making clay pots, painting mixed media artwork, getting better at 🧘♀️ yoga, lifting 💪 weights, learning Photoshop & InDesign, as well as Excel. Learning how to cook vegetarian dishes, etc.
Of course he fckn does..no matter how humble a man..don't believe the Dali Lama would be under any delusions of his greatness if he'd made these records....
Was able to say hi and take a photo with John after soundcheck in a festival (those were the days ...). Super cool dude!! Very surprised to hear him talking about Alice Cooper or Mötley Crüe!! The guy is full of surprises!! 😂 With his new look, he comes across as a completely different person. Cool Interview, thanx for sharing.
I was at that camp a low hum haha. I remember being so hungover and tired when seeing them play and it being insanely loud. I just stood in the middle like a zombie while people went crazy.
My parents met at a concert some time around 1966, in Hamilton Ontario. (Where Teenage Head was from) The band was The Spiders with Vincent Fornier, AKA, Alice Cooper. By January 1968 I was born... Thanks, Alice Cooper?
@@STMSGGGif you think John is an original then you're sorely mistaken. We all get inspiration from others. We were playing the same type of music and wearing cut off jeans with Vans in 1998.
//Last time I saw Osees live it was Oct 31/Halloween, in LA. It was the last show of a tour for them. I don’t think they played many more shows out after that... maybe one or two... possibly none?
Definitely do it for fun and pure interests rather than money n fame. If you're a smart lad then keep at a solid job/career but obviously keep music in your life.

Words to live by! Thanks JPD!

I'm working on growing a beard like John now.
Very original I'm sure that's how John got his style by copying other people
If you have to "work" at growing a beard just give up
