Impressive !!! and for all who say the 3rd Tool would brake after a view Parts, we have the same Tool (Garant MasterAlu Slot-Machine) but D=16mm (S=14000rpm, F=11000mm/min, ap=30mm, ae=7mm) it broke after 950 parts with 8kg material removed each Part! So it Slotted around 8.000kg. I think thats amazing :)
If the feeds and speeds displayed are correct then the Third tool is not sped up if you calculate it: 450vc ≈ 12.000 rmp spindle @ 12mm diameter Tool 12.000rpm × 0.15mm/rev× 3 teeth ≈ 6000mm/min = 100mm/sec If the endmill is about 12mm wide the part is like 200mm long which would give an time per cut of roughy 2 secs, so jea it's very close, and not sped up
What brand of tool is the 3th one?? Thats an insane tool. Esspecially the last tool path right through the alu block....no chance for chips easy getting out. More chance that chips would be recycled again and again till clogging up the tool till breaking point...
Close call but if the given feeds are correct it would be : 450vc ≈ 12.000 rmp spindle @ 12mm diameter Tool 12.000rpm × 0.15mm/rev× 3 teeth ≈ 6000mm/min = 100mm/sec If the endmill is about 12mm wide the part is like 200mm long which would give an time per cut of roughy 2 secs, so jea it's very close, but I couldn't time it probably

So you can get like a sister tool every 925 parts to be safe and still achieve amazing results! And continous production.
sehr geil... aber AUA! das eintauchen bricht mir das Herz!
Kranke vorschübe sehr geiles video👍

What Hoffmann article number is tool #3?
Very nice👍
Thanks

And I just snapped a 1/2" "aluminum" 3 flute with mist coolant on .25 deep .2 step over. 👀
It's called "Garant Master Alu Slotmachine" from Hoffmann Group.
@@HPN295 thnx
Will trochidal endmill pull out of heat shrink holder in alu?
Nope
I have never had a tool pull out a shrinker.... Had them get jammed by messing up the I. D. When it snaps... that can be a pain to get out
Yeah cool but how many parts you really going to get like that, I saw it weld and almost snapped at 2:12 , cool vid though.
Thanks
Garant Master Alu?
2 seconds after the sails rep leaves the shop it clogs and breaks 😂😂😂.
Noo :(
What CAM software do you use?
Fusion 360 and SolidCam bei
Very nice
Thanks :)
Was that third tool sped up? It looked and sounded like it was? I can't believe it didn't get clogged when helical plunging, impressive.

Seems like real speed to me.
Its the Real Speed :)
Thanks :)
Yes 🙌
because of dry. it is cooled with spray mist. you can see that
Look at all the tool pressure when you did the full slot! My brain want's me to see the workpiece moving slightly at engagement xD what do you think?
I see the part moving in the vise.
Can't blame it really
Ist das ne 4 axis oder 5 axis
5
Awesome
Thanks

Thanks
2:20 WTF??!!
That sure was the craziest part
Now try that with some cheap Chinese aluminum. You know, the gummy crap.
jooo Hammer
mir wäre "nass" trotzdem lieber, vielleicht werde ich alt , lol
:)
夹持边都不光一下不怕零件飞啊!
Too slowwww😴😴
Ok
We lowe fast cutting 4 axis. Please add 4 axis video 🤩
Thanks
Air cooling 😑
