    Impressive !!!
and for all who say the 3rd Tool would brake after a view Parts, we have the same Tool (Garant MasterAlu Slot-Machine) but D=16mm (S=14000rpm, F=11000mm/min, ap=30mm, ae=7mm) it broke after 950 parts with 8kg material removed each Part! So it Slotted around 8.000kg. I think thats amazing :)

So you can get like a sister tool every 925 parts to be safe and still achieve amazing results! And continous production.

If the feeds and speeds displayed are correct then the Third tool is not sped up if you calculate it:
    450vc ≈ 12.000 rmp spindle @ 12mm diameter Tool
    12.000rpm × 0.15mm/rev× 3 teeth ≈ 6000mm/min = 100mm/sec
If the endmill is about 12mm wide the part is like 200mm long which would give an time per cut of roughy 2 secs, so jea it's very close, and not sped up

What brand of tool is the 3th one?? Thats an insane tool. Esspecially the last tool path right through the alu block....no chance for chips easy getting out. More chance that chips would be recycled again and again till clogging up the tool till breaking point...

I have never had a tool pull out a shrinker.... Had them get jammed by messing up the I. D. When it snaps... that can be a pain to get out

Yeah cool but how many parts you really going to get like that, I saw it weld and almost snapped at 2:12 , cool vid though.

Was that third tool sped up? It looked and sounded like it was? I can't believe it didn't get clogged when helical plunging, impressive.

Close call but if the given feeds are correct it would be :
      450vc ≈ 12.000 rmp spindle @ 12mm diameter Tool
      12.000rpm × 0.15mm/rev× 3 teeth ≈ 6000mm/min = 100mm/sec
If the endmill is about 12mm wide the part is like 200mm long which would give an time per cut of roughy 2 secs, so jea it's very close, but I couldn't time it probably
