- This compact railway station, situated along the Chiltern Mainline, is a popular destination among rail enthusiasts, thanks to its strategic location just north of Aynho Junction. Positioned between London Marylebone and Oxford, Kings Sutton station experiences a diverse flow of traffic. Located 3 miles and 41 chains to the north of Banbury station, Kings Sutton boasts two platforms, complimentary parking, two shelters, a footbridge, and a convenient ticket machine.
Serving as a hub for both Chiltern Railways and Great Western Railway, the station witnesses a regular influx of trains, with at least one stopping per hour in each direction. The variety of passing traffic includes trains from Cross Country Trains as well as freight services. Yes I have been to Kings Sutton, i would suggest Patchway it's very good for filming.
